Furniture quality is very good, sofa, double-chair and ottoman are all very comfortable. Cushions are medium to firm but not excessively so, and are exactly what we were looking for. Leather coloring and texture are consistent and true to the samples we received. Stitching is neat, straight and tight, no crooked or loose stitches. (Nothing for our cat to get fascinated with.) Leather is starting to break in a bit but that only seems to improve the appearance and comfort. Legs were not installed square to the furniture frames but that was installed by the delivery folks and I easily straightened them out with an Allen key. Delivery schedule is months long so be prepared to wait but really, it was worth it. Regarding delivery, after Leather Expo updated us weekly for months on the progress of the sofa construction, the delivery company dropped the ball when it came time for delivery. They showed up a day earlier than expected and without warning. Luckily, my wife happened to go home early that day and was there when the truck arrived. Things got messy when the truck driver tried to get up our steep, unplowed and unsanded driveway. While waiting for the tow truck to get the delivery truck out of the ditch, the delivery workers huffed the furniture up the driveway and into our living room, unpacked and cleaned up the cardboard. When Leather Expo heard of our delivery experience, they called us and made it all right. Ultimately, it was a good and worthwhile experience.

Excellent experience all around, I called looking for a sectional in a very hard to find configuration, spoke with Cody, who was able locate exactly what I was looking for! The delivery people setup everything where I wanted it, and took all the boxes and trash with them when they left. Highly recomended!

I ordered a Natuzzi sofa with 2 recliners from Leather Furniture Expo. The communication & updates on status of production & delivery were weekly & very accurate. I am very pleased with my purchase & the delivery was exceptional. I would definitely order from Leather Furniture Expo again!

It was a bit intimidating to make such an important purchase on line, even though we received samples of the leather. When it arrived it was beyond our expectations. Absolutely beautiful and unique. We received several compliments from Holiday guests. Their service has been outstanding even sending "progress reports" during the building process! We couldn't be happier>

I love this sofa and I cannot say enough about the quality of the reclining sofa I chose. The Chestnut leather color I selected is spot on, it looks New but slightly aged which is exactly what I wanted. It is so comfortable and the hidden mechanisms work flawlessly and make it so much more attractive than having the controls exposed. I have recommended your company to friends who expressed interest, and I also told them that the 3 months it took to get the sofa was well worth the wait because it was especially made to my specifications. My only slight negative is that the armrests could use a bit more padding.

We love our new Napa sectional! We shopped around our local stores for weeks and could not find what we wanted. After getting the leather samples and lots of questions we decided to take a chance and are so happy we did. The sectional is amazing quality. We picked the leather and the seating is very comfortable. Would recommend Leather Furniture Expo to anyone looking. The one negative was it took 2 weeks longer than we thought but it was well worth it.

Received my furniture as promised. Was disappointed, to find out, that it was made in China. It remains to be scene as to how well it wears. The appearance is nice and the power recliners work well. The quality of the leather appears to be OK.
