Leather Furniture ExpoReviews of leatherfurnitureexpo.com

The service was great! The furniture order arrived sooner than expected and the quality of the couch mechanism and leather was excellent. We love our new sofa! I would recommend Leather Furniture Expo to my friends. If I need another leather sofa, I will contact them first.

I'm quick to write-up bad products or service, but tend to just let good things go by. However, I wanted to share my great experience with Leather Furniture Expo. The website was a breeze to use and the request for leather samples, before ordering, was handled very quickly. Like many other buyers I was very skeptical of buying such a big ticket item without seeing it in person. Well don't be afraid to order here. The build time was estimated at 6 to 8 weeks and the sofa and loveseat were delivered in ten weeks. I was kept up to date with weekly emails and the phone calls for delivery were just as promised. The best part is that the furniture looks great.

I would never have been willing to buy such an expensive item online, but Leather Furniture Expo offered exactly what I was looking for and could not find in any local store. They sent samples, answered questions and gave me a digital timeline via email of the progress toward delivery. I would highly recommend this company if you see their products online and wonder if you should buy from them.

I was worried about ordering furniture online, especially since it was such a large amount. I put my fears aside and ordered the leather samples. They arrived in a short period of time. Leather Expo was contacted by phone where I placed my order. They have a system of updates which are sent via email so I was updated every week on the progress of my order. The couches arrived on time and in excellent condition. They are absolutely beautiful. I could not get the color I wanted in a local store or the quality. My experience was great and I would not hesitate to order again. Quality and construction were excellent.

I ordered a sectional sofa in sage green leather. The website stated that it should be manufactured and delivered within 12 weeks and I got weekly email updates that stated the same. Four months later and I still didn't have a sofa. It was hurricane season and I got the run-around from their customer service (no one seemed to know where my sofa had disappeared to). At 16 weeks, my sofa arrived and it's stunning. Seriously, it's the most beautiful leather and the quality is phenomenal. It's like something you'd see in a rich person's house. I only give LFExpo 4 stars instead of 5 because they should have told me up front that it would take MUCH longer than the standard 12 weeks. Honestly, if I had known that from the beginning, they'd deserve 5 stars. Their furniture is incredible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a leather couch.

My wife and I were looking for a leather couch set and couldn't find anything we liked in a 75 mile radius of were we live, so I went on line to look. After some searching and researching several companies, I found LFE. Best selection and prices by far. We found what we wanted and decided to order, though somewhat apprehensive because of the price tag. Long story short, it was a very positive experience. Only one hick up and that was delivery, it was a day late and that was due to weather I believe. I would highly recommend Leather Furniture Expo.I had a question and they even answered their phone on a Sat! I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Jim H
