Wonderful experience buying my leather sofa sight-unseen! LFE made this a very easy decision by promptly sending out the swatches I requested and then emailing me weekly with updates, showing the status of my sofa being made! When delivery time came they were very good about updating me periodically and my particular item was actually delivered early! Delivery guys were professional and did a great job! I love my new sofa! It's very well made and the color and feel of the leather are fabulous! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again myself in the future. #1- The website was as easy to use as you can get...showed photos and exact dimensions for each sectional choices ..we had a unique case as we didn't have the space for a regular sized one. I googled all over looking for a leather sofa the right size. This was the only site that showed one diagram that would fit. Great simple to use websites are the first step...otherwise I go away. #2 I got nice little actual samples to pick from... #3..ordering was very easy. #4..Great communication...not just hmmm wonder whats happening with my couch? updates every week. #5 Sectional actually arrived sooner than I expected. Nice guys moved it in..(not easy) and set it up...arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful...we are very happy with it.

I recently bit the bullet and ordered a beautiful dark cream leather sofa from Leather Furniture Expo. I couldn't find what I wanted in stores and it looked like I would have to go custom but custom carried a price tag I wasn't liking. I stayed with the local manufacturers in North Carolina but the style choices and colors were limited. I came across Leather Furniture Expo and it was a risk, - can't see it, don't know them, long lead time, long way to ship. I am thrilled I waited! The choice is in leathers was great ! The sample they sent is exactly what's on the sofa. Great style choice, it is quality work, looks beautiful. It came wrapped/ packaged and no shipping damage. They communicate with you every week so you know how it's coming.when it's ready the schedule a tight window for delivery - no "we'll be there between 9 and 3". 100% smooth sailing

My sofas were well made and securely packaged. The price was much better than what I would have paid in the store considering the price of genuine leather. I especially appreciated the free shipping.

We took a huge chance ordering a large expensive high grade leather sofa and ottoman without seeing it or sitting in it, but we are delighted with our sofa! The samples we ordered helped us select the perfect color, person we spoke to by phone was knowledgeable and took time to answer our many questions, the emails along the waiting process, and the white glove delivery service all contributed to a top notch experience! Yes- we highly recommend and will purchase, again!

Friendliest, most reliable delivery men in the business. Not a scratch on two large sofas. Leather Furniture Expo kept me informed every step of the way.

I decided to order from Leather Furniture Expo because I could choose a custom design and color. Every leather sofa set I had searched all looked the same (oversized, overstuffed in either black or brown). I had to phone Leather Furniture Expo in regard to my original order and the people I spoke to were very professional and helpful. It takes time to manufacture custom furniture and I really appreciated the weekly status emails. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

We are thrilled with the quality of the leather sectional we purchased. Pictures don't do it justice. It is a heavy full grain leather, well-constructed, and made in the USA. Delivery was based on our timetable and the men were careful and ensured that it was exactly where we wanted it before they left. I'd love to include a photo! It is extremely comfortable and we look forward to years of living with it.
