GREAT product, and super professionals who took the time and provided helpful options (including sending me leather samples twice when none of the first ones I requested were quite the right color) until I got the perfect sofa.

My experience with Leather Furniture Expo was wonderful. The customer service throughout the whole process was outstanding. The salespeople were very honest and let me know my furniture would take 12 weeks and they were exactly right. The delivery service was top notch. My furniture arrived well packed and in perfect condition. When my furniture delivery was delayed one day due to a snowstorm, I received a call letting me know. That is great customer service!

We were a bit nervous to order leather furniture sight unseen(sofa,loveseat,recliner). However, our experience could not have been any better. We were kept advised of the manufacturing process from the start. The delivery went flawlessly and the delivery people were very professional and courteous. our furniture is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier!

fantastic customer service and products

My wife thought I was crazy for buying a new leather couch set, sight unseen, or un sat in, online and waiting several weeks before it would show up. Every week she would bug me about what was happining. We now have our new leather living room set and it is both comfortable and beautiful. I bought online because we could not find anything that we liked. I loved the purchase application, the pictures, the warrentee detail, etc. Everyone has loved it and has asked where we found it.
