The furniture arrived in perfect condition with outside wrapper undamaged. After removing protective wrapping, the furniture revealed no issues. Delivery people unwrapped the furniture and made sure the pieces were in customers desired location. They took away the large amount of furniture wrapping and all is well. David Hill

Great Quality Sofa Sleeper. Communication during assembly was excellent. Only Four Stars because freight company initially refused to deliver. They wanted me to pick sofa up because I live in too rural of an area? That I paid for "White Glove Delivery," did not matter to them. That other freight companies with just as big and bigger trucks have delivered here, did not matter to them. After some discussion, and when I refused to meet them and pick up sofa, they did deliver with no problems on our rural road. However, upon delivery, while placing the sofa sleeper in our living room, the delivery team prematurely cut the shipping bands that held the sleeper frame. Then they tilted the sofa forward resulting in the sleeper frame dropping onto our hardwood floors leaving too small gouges in the floor. While I would definitely recommend Leather Furniture Expo, I would hope they would contract to a more professional Freight Company.

The sofa I ordered came in exactly in the same time frame as was told on the day I ordered. Using it for about 6 months. It’s high quality leather for a reasonable price.
