Trustworthy, accurate, easy to use, ethical, and inexpensive. It definitely helps with cash flow! I have mainland clients and it makes it so easy for them to communicate with them on retainers, billing, and payments.

It is a great product with great customer service.

The program is well designed and user friendly. And there is such a huge difference between working with a bank and with LawPay. It is SO much cheaper than using a bank. Easy to get hold of support staff (within minutes by phone or chat), and they are always efficient and pleasant. They know the legal business and even offer online seminars. The one advantage a bank has over LawPay (as they have ready access to your financial accounts) is that, with LawPay, you have to wait 3-4 days for the money to actually hit your account. Obviously, that's not helpful with your accounts receivable work, but the savings makes up for that.

Easy to operate and the system quickly processes the transfers. The only suggestion is to have a breakdown of who made which payments on the bank statements for easier reconciliation.

LawPay is great! I've been using the service for 2 years and works like a charm. Also, once in a blue moon when I have a question their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommended.
