A ticket I booked through Lastminute needed to be changed. And I was in for my worst nightmare ever! I submitted the date change request which after two weeks was declined by Lastminute. Thereafter, I submitted another request (for a different date) for which 2-3 weeks after I received a quotation. I immediately accepted it. Two days later Lastminute emailed and confirmed that they will make the necessary changes and asked me not to call or email. Three weeks later, they canceled the very same quotation saying the price went up. They cannot honor their own words or the quotation issued by them. They apparently do not refund the fare if you cancel tickets. And worst of all, their customer care- if you contact them they put you on hold and terminate the chat.

Don’t book with this company espically connections flights. Agent told me as my connection flight was cancelled both flights would be refunded. (Also have it in writing). I was told refund would take 2 months so I went and booked replacement flights only to be told the agent was wrong and only the impacted flight is refunded. I now have no refund and over 2k down due to agent misinformation

Fraud. They stole my money and would not provide a toll free number. They owed me a fair refund and did not return what they claimed they would have. I tried many times to get it back but my long standing chat via email was futile and condescending. Stay away. Do not trust.Fraud.

I wish I could give them 0* !!!!!! How can a company exist without customer service, no email _no telephone to contact. We booked tickets 14/5/2022, unfortunately, it has one ticket mistake in the last name. We contacted them immediately but everyday got same answer " we are dealing with that don't worry sir!" and 1 month already pass, didn't get anything from them, although we were pushing them nearly everyday. Our trip will fly at next week. Now my family like seating on the fire!

City break booked to Copenhagen 13-15 June. EasyJet cancelled the 0730 outgoing flight. On Lastminute website still shows we are confirmed on this flight. I called Lastminute to inform them and initially they wanted me to send them proof! Eventually last Sunday they offer a lunchtime flight on Monday. Still no confirmation that we are booked on this flight. They say it takes up to 7 days to confirm a change. If we don’t cancel our hotel by Friday evening then we lose not only the hotel cost but the Norwegian air return flight. Calling Lastminute every day is like banging your head against a brick wall. Every day “thank you for being patient but we will let you know when we get a reply from EasyJet “. This company are an absolute shambles. You have been warned!

Abbiamo acquistato una vacanza tramite il sito lastminute.com e purtoppo ci siamo trovati malissimo per quanto riguarda la struttura ospitante. La struttura non aveva acqua calda, il boiler del bagno bucato ed è saltata più volte la corrente. Lastminute dovrebbe per lo meno assicurarsi che le strrutture con cui abbia a che fare rispettino un minimo di standard se no anche con il sito più trasandato uno potrebbe organizzare una vacanza.. oltretutto la struttura ci ha chiesto cauzione e costi di pulizia che non erano menzionati durante la prenotazione.

Worst experience ever. The confirmed booking did not give me access to check in. NO service at all. I had to contact the airline, they confirmed 12hours before the flight still wrong information. They ruined my holiday and my wallet. When I asked to set up a refund they 3 times stopped the chat. Want to have a good flight, forget about them!

This company is rip-off, scam. Do NOT book through this site. I booked the hotel room for Double Queen Bed for 2 adults. But the room is booked is with a single Queen bed. Called the company they said the room is Queen bed for 2 adults so the booking is Double meaning 2 adults with 1 Queen bed. In my life I never of this.
