You have to be extra careful when booking your flights there as they try to push down services you might not want. They charged me for some insurance that i never agreed to in the final price but after talking to their customer service, they agreed to refund it. If not the customer's service, I would have put 1 star.

It's important to distinguish the difference between websites as this review is intended for lastminutetravel.com as opposed to lastminute.com (no experience with the second one). After seeing all the other reviews, I was really worried that this was a scam (please read my full post). I had a great experience for my resort stay in Puerto Rico (Wyndham Grand Rio Mar on August 2022) using this site for booking. I was referred on Google to this site because it had the cheapest rates for the room (compared to Expedia, Kayak, etc). I booked/paid the whole balance for my stay 2 months in advance and called the resort that they had my reservation paid on file (which they did). I had absolutely no issues and saved $300-400 compared to other sites. This company utilizes the Hotelbeds network, which allows them to get discounted rates in bulk that they pass on to the consumer. I did not have to make any changes to my reservation or date so I can not say how easy it is to cancel/change dates. If your plans are set and you aren't going to make any changes, I cannot recommend them highly enough as they don't get the credit they deserve. I felt obliged to put a good review up and will use them again in the future if they offer the best rates.

I just returned from a trip to Cancun and I used lastminutetravel.com for the hotel. I got an amazing deal that was hundreds less than any other website. I was a bit skeptical after reading so many poor reviews, but I spent the time to reconfirm with Lastminutetravel, and also with the hotel. When I checked in, everything was in perfect order and there were absolutely no problems. The customer service team at Lastminutetravel.com were also very helpful when I called them. So... perhaps some are only posting the negative, but I want everyone to know they are legit and I had a good experience.

Booked a Travelodge at this site for a much better rate than offered elsewhere. Since I hadn't heard of LMT before I phoned the hotel today to check that the reservation had been made and they confirmed everything is in order. Based on that, I'm happy to recommend them.
