Last Minute TravelReviews of lastminutetravel.com

Booked a ticket, then they cancelled the ticket and will return the purchase - well that's what they say they will... after reading the ratings I get pissed. What an unprofessional company. Don't waist your time or money on them.

I have booked a hotel & flight package and I could cancel the hotel free of charge till 15th april 2022 so I requested to cancel it but they charged me as hotel commission of 94 euro's. This hidden information cannot be found and I have many times called them to discuss this issue but they don't want to pay it back. I am really going to take action and don't let me to be cheated. The price of the flight was 328 euro's and they charge me 386 euro's as well.

Awful experience and bad customer service. lost £671.00 in 6 hours encountering with them and no will to help. Just interested in what they will charge for cancellation.

I wish I could give zero rating. We booked tickets via last minute for travel to Pakistan to see family after 2 years of COVID restrictions. We were due to fly on 15th December (on Wednesday) and Sunday morning we found out that our daughter contracted COVID and in short succession all of us caught the virus. I informed Lastminute on Sunday, three days before the flight. The ticket I purchased was marked as fully flexible (make any changes or cancellation) and for this I paid extra. I asked for rescheduling or credit note so I can book again and was directed to the airline, who informed me that it is the agent who I have to deal with as ticket was purchased with them. I went back to them and after long waits they asked me to send mail and support which I did. They did not respond and few days later took the phone number out of operation. Email follow up only came back with the response that case is under consideration and after over a month they informed me that my case is passed on to airline. In all this time they did not inform the airline (as they could have got at least all taxes refunded). I am still chasing and no response. They owe me about £2,000. I have learnt the lesson of never booking tickets via travel agent and specifically never considering Last Minute.com

I'd like to introduce a company that makes money from human catastrophe - war. Everyone knows about the disaster in the Ukraine. Flights cancelled, Kiev under attack, people dying. I booked my package holiday (flight + hotel + car) before the war in Ukraine started and as a normal person tried to cancel it now. You can always naively believe and calm yourself down with an ATOL certificate or add more insurance from the same website that promised to give you a full refund at any time with any circumstances as I did... but it's all bluff, deception to steal more of your money during a disaster!!! What Lastminute.com replayed me? "Because you cancel your trip we can promise to refund you only hotel cost and we are not responsible for flight and car booking (done from the same website as package). If you want a full refund you can call the insurance company (that again was listed on the same website) - and give me a number that does not exist". Car booking is more fun. It hasn't been done yet (according to the advisor and a compulsory voucher to use hasn't been sent), but the money still can't be refunded. Moreover, when I asked:" Forget about cancelation. Can you provide services that were booked? Advisor replied: "Do you know - it's a war zone now." So, Lastminute can't give service and doesn't want to fully refund you. If you want to lose money - make your booking with Lastminute.com. I only hope that the money that Lastminute.com stole from me will go to the country where I booked the trip - Ukraine - and help refugees.

I am missing my refund from the hotel. I've called Hotelbeds.com and the Hotel Milo directly. I tried calling you and it says the phone number is not working. Please help me!

I submitted a request to change my flight bookink and the request was manged after 8 days a few hours before takeoff, the plane I wanted to change to and the prices were very cheap when I submitted the request, but it was manged when the prices increased significantly
