Shame that big companies with valid registered IDs are allowed to be a scam. Banks should blacklist them for any transactions going to the merchant . They just take the money and never pay the airlines . Airlines just get to know a booking id which is incomplete as they never got money . Pathetic . Business model has been shaped to loot people. The company should be blacklisted in the interest of people who can’t go through such stressful experience

I am surprised that lastminute is able to compete in the market, extremely high prices and it's fairly dubious whether the flights offered actually exist at said price, based on these reviews. Oh for the heady days of the 90s!

The worse state agent , dishonest and very manipulative , I had very bad experience with them regarding the refund for a cancelled flight . They should not be allowed to work as a state agent and the Authority needs to act and investigate the Company . I will forward my written complain to ombudsman's input as the company should be on black list and to avoid the rest of the customers to have my bad experience in the future .

Do not use lastminute.com for anything! The company is a total rip off . For a return ticket I called many times regardless many problems which they did not resolve. Nothing of the additional services I paid was done. I waited for a single request for days. My info on my first flight was not correct and called 10 times just to fix it and at the end I did it myself. They told me they cannot make my online booking although I paid them for that and will refund me within days -3 weeks later I still wait for this refund. I tried to cancel my second flight so I buy ticket myself but I was told that only my taxes will be returned, then I told them to change my flight and the charges they asked me for were more then if I buy a new ticket so I again ask them to cancel my flight. And guess what this time they told me even the taxes are not refundable . They should be banned and charged as crooks. Such companies should be controlled in some way . DO NOT USE THEM !THEY ARE A SCAM!

Two recent negative experiences with this flight search engine: 1. I booked a joint Wizzair/Ryanair flight from Moscow to London with a stopover in Budapest for 11 January through Lastminute/Kiwi. The Ryanair leg from Budapest to London was cancelled without any reason. Lastminute/Kiwi gave me the option of asking for a refund, which I did. However, they only only now informed me that Wizzair won't refund me while asking for a refund from Ryanair was made very complicated by Ryanair (deliberately I think). In the end I managed the latter but don't ask me how I did it. Still, I can forget about my money for the Wizzair part of the flight. It is unacceptable that Lastminute/Kiwi does not fully compensate me. 2. I booked a Pobeda flight in Russia from Moscow to Volgograd through Lastminute. The confirmation email from Lastminute said that I should check in online and that there would be extra costs (without specifying them) for checking in at the airport. When I tried to check in online at Pobeda I was all of a sudden confronted with an extra cost of 50 pounds (5000 rubles) for "services". We called Pobeda and it turned out that checking in at the airport will be for free, so Lastminute gave me wrong information. It's a pity, I've used Lastminute the last years but these examples of horrific service mean that I now have to say goodbye to them. The avalanche of negative reviews on Trustpilot only confirms me in this choice.

Ive booked some flights to London. At the time of payment, exactly when i cliked the pay button, the price went up and they charge me more like 150€. They basicly added the insurance at the last second. I complained and got a refund. No ive been trying to change my flights from London in december, to paris in april. It as been an epic Journey. I go online and change the dates. Arroun 12h latwr i get an email with a proposal it doesn't matter if i click accept or reject, i get an error message. I é been trying to get a specific flight back, but i keep on gwttin different e-mails, some of them still with London as a destination, instead of Paris. I have to call them every time. Som aguenta are polite, others are just ruude. Over the phone they say everything is ok and i should get a call from them very soon... My flight is tomorrow and i still havent solved this... Useless company, no customer support. They basicly just want your money and that is it. Stay awat if possible. Also this is part of lastminute.Com UPDATE: They called me 24h prior to the flight. Phone ranged 3 times, i didnt get there in time. Tried to call back and it was allways busy. Got an email from them, saying that i would have to start the process again. Did that. Waited for a call, nothing. Called them again and was told to deal with the airline directly.... WHAT IS THIS?!!?!?

Customer service number unavailable. Having tried for a couple of days and having made over 100 calls to the customer service number to endeavour to rearrange travel from a red list country, now frustrated and about to be out of pocket too! Usually a satisfactory mid tier agency, but be mindful Lastminute struggle to cope when travellers may need them the most.
