I have used Lancome products for many years but have always bought through department stores not directly from the Lancome website. With the COVID situation and online offer of 10% off and two free samples, I decided to order from their website - never again! The two free samples came but not the eye cream I paid for! The order form makes it look like the eye cream was in the package when it was not. I have emailed and called customer services with no luck, cannot even get through on the phone. Still waiting to receive my original eye cream order after 10 days... be very careful.

I ordered a face cream in mid May and it didn't get shipped out until a month later, but their site had stated that processing would only take 5-8 business days due to Covid-19. After the 5-8 business days had passed, I had tried to get the order canceled because it was taking unreasonably long for my order to process (over 10 business days), but was notified that orders could not be canceled because they "process and ship very quickly," which was a complete lie, they do not process or ship very quickly at all. I had to wait hours on their website to have an agent speak with me because they did not answer any of the emails i sent them during that time. I only got replies to my emails 2 MONTHS after the initial order had been placed. I was not offered any compensation for their horrendous way of handling customers in that response email. I do not recommend buying from Lancome as their policies are unreasonable. It is unprofessional that a company as large as Lancome cannot even ship out orders within their promised time frame. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they do an excellent turn around on customer service and their policies.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Please don't buy directly from the Lancome site! I was drawn by the 20% off, and now I'm sorry! First of all, my order took a long time to come, and when I finally received the order, 2 items were missing totalling $88, but the receipt reflects that they were in the box! Now the nightmare continues, because it takes at least an hour and a half to reach customer service by phone, the first one reassured me that the items would be replaced, and I would receive an email within half hour, and nothing!! Called back a few days later, another hour and a half, the second one tells me that a manager has to sign off and I would get an email within a day, well it's now days later!!! No one answers the emails at all! I now hate Lancone, they took my $88, some 20% discount! They are crooks!! I am so disgusted, that I would rather use any other cosmetic company!

Same complaint as all the others. My order has not come, they sent me a complimentary mascara stick with receipt in package saying they had sent my body cream. I have been trying to reach them for days thru phone, email, and chat. They do not respond. They put you on hold and say they will answer in less than fifteen minutes. Going on twenty right now. Held for an hour and a half the other day and an hour yesterday. No response to email which they claim will be answered in 24 hours. I will try to cancel my order by credit card as well.

1.Shipped me a cheaper product that I didn't order. 2.The customer service was not answering any questions that I asked. Just simply copy & paste from templates.

Good items and nice samples but charge for returns so know what u want before ordering more then 1.
