I’m very upset. I’ve been a faithful customer for 30yrs. First they discontinued my favorite product: Immanece with a more expensive, smaller, Skin Feels Good. Now they’ve discontinued that and replaced it with a small bottle of a very watery tinted moisturizer that won’t last long because it is so watery. On top of this, they took out the SPF protection! That’s it, they lost me. I’m moving on to a different producer of tinted moisturizer with SPF protection.

I love Lacombe products color, texture, skin protection. I’m 90 and get daily compliments on “you don’t look 90! . You look more like 60-70. I do think products are too expensive especially the creams. Thank you for stabilising the ordering process and for discontinuing the cranky, hypersensitive young/ old man. I’ve used Lancôme fifty years.

I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with Lancôme. I absolutely adore their mascaras - Hypnose is my holy grail for gorgeous, full lashes. But their Teint Idole foundation disappoints me - it emphasizes every dry patch and clings to lines. I'll still use Lancôme for my lash needs, but I prefer other brands for the rest of my makeup.

The quality is good, but I expect more.

Okay so I received a sample for New Renergie H C F Triple serum. Packaging of the serum looks very nice and eye-catching and would definitely stand out on the shelf. First of all I had to push through three chambers and then mix in my hand. Felt very sticky in my hands but thought it would sink into my skin once on.One hour later it had sunk into my skin a little bit on my face but still felt a little sticky would probably use this of a night time rather than the daytime to give it time to soak into my face

Ordered an Art Liner , reduced from £ 24 to £17 in order to claim the free gift with any purchase.Would never normally pay so much for a liner so expected it to be very good quality.However despite only using it a handful of times it has run out whereas cheap liners last me months.Messaged customer service who promised to get back to me in 24 hours.Still waiting for a response despite contacting them a second time.

Ich habe eine Creme bestellt und danach bekam ich keine Bestätigung, keine Rechnung. Habe aber mit PayPal schon bezahlt gehabt. Ich schrieb mehrmals eine Email an Lancôme und bekam keine oder nicht konkrete Antwort. Die Email Adresse (goto lancome.de), die bei PayPal für Lancôme angegeben wird ist falsch, laut Outlook existiert so eine Adresse nicht. Auf der Seite kann man nicht mal die Bestellungen ansehen, an die Kundendaten kommt man auch nicht dran aber ein beauty Profil kann man zusammenstellen!!!
