So disappointed with lies about rewards

I had purchased some creams called absolute rose 80 . The soft cream was half full. I took photos of it right away. Their customer service person said it is sold by weight. In over 30 years I have never received a half full jar of acream from Lancombe products. All I asked is for them to replace it or a credit. How do I add a photo here to show you?

I placed an order , it was a special sale offering : buy one product at regular price , get a full size ( same) product free . I discovered that it was false advertising . I repeatedly reached out to Lancôme customer service in my account, and explained that the confirmation I received was wrong . Instead of receiving a duplicate of the Renergie HPN peptide cream they were sending me something else that I didn’t use . I didn’t receive any response from customer service after sending 3 emails concerning my order . It was promptly shipped before I could cancel the order. I finally reached customer service by phone, and there was no apology for the false advertising and products sent . I’m so very upset and disappointed at the way this was handled, period . Beware of any and all sales promotions from Lancôme site .

I placed a couple orders about 24 hours ago and received a text message that there's a 7 piece gift with purchase with $175+ orders (which I would have qualified for). Customer service representative states they can't modify the order since it's being processed even though it hasn't shipped yet. Very disappointing that the order can't be modified to add a free gwp for a qualified, loyal customer or even offer to send a free gift. So in order to get the gift with purchase, I'm told that I can pay $5 to return the order and place a new order (didn't realize you have to pay for returns). Realizing this company may be one of the greediest companies. It makes me not want to shop with Lancome anymore.

Pésimo servicio y publicidad engañosa , anuncian regalos con un mínimo de compra y el paquete llega sin ellos. La única solución que dan es un código de descuento y jamás dan respuesta. No recomiendo nada comprar en su web oficial

Shocking response from a prestigious luxury brand I am extremely disappointed and genuinely shocked by the way Lancôme has handled my complaint. On 3 August 2026, I purchased a bottle of Lancôme Eau Micellaire Douceur from Aelia Duty Free at the Eurostar terminal, Gare du Nord, Paris. When I returned home, I discovered that the bottle was in an extremely dirty condition, with visible grime around the product and lid. This is a cleansing product specifically intended for use on the face and around the sensitive eye area. I therefore did not feel comfortable or safe using it. I contacted Lancôme immediately and, at their request, supplied my proof of purchase, product details and multiple clear photographs showing its condition. During the subsequent correspondence, Lancôme themselves confirmed that the product was more than 30 months old. That information significantly increased my concern. I had purchased what I believed to be a premium Lancôme cosmetic product from an established duty-free retailer, only to discover it in this condition and subsequently be informed by Lancôme that it was already more than 30 months old. Lancôme also acknowledged in writing that they understood my concerns “from a health and safety perspective”. I made it absolutely clear that I was not asking for a cash refund. I simply wanted a fresh, clean bottle of Lancôme Eau Micellaire Douceur that I could feel confident using. Despite the photographs, proof of purchase and information provided, Lancôme told me that because the product had been purchased from another retailer, I should pursue the matter with Aelia Duty Free. Most astonishingly, I was explicitly told: “We do not provide replacement products, regardless of the circumstances.” After I escalated my concerns, Lancôme again declined to provide a replacement and advised me to contact Aelia Duty Free myself. I find this response extraordinary from a company with Lancôme’s prestigious international reputation. The facts are straightforward: I purchased a Lancôme-branded facial cleansing product; I discovered it in an extremely dirty condition; Lancôme themselves confirmed that the product was more than 30 months old; I supplied the photographs and proof of purchase they requested; and I asked only for a fresh, clean replacement. Lancôme declined to provide one. Rather than taking ownership of my experience as a customer of their brand, Lancôme’s position is that the retailer is responsible for the storage, handling and sale of the product and that I must pursue the retailer myself. For a luxury beauty company of Lancôme’s standing, I find both the condition of the product and the subsequent handling of my complaint completely unacceptable, shocking and deeply disappointing. This review is based entirely upon my own experience and the written correspondence I received directly from Lancôme. Lancôme Customer Care reference: 12714082 Miss Jacqueline K.

DO NOT buy from this site. I received a product that was manufactured in 2004 and had definitely expired when I had received it on 6/12/26. They made me jump through hoops to try and get a refund, including wanting to charge me $5 to return the item! Shame on them!!! I have cancelled my long term subscription with them as of today. I have entered a dispute for the charge for this item with my credit card company and hope I receive my money back!
