MIssing Production. No response from the customer service email,chat, phone call.

There is something wrong with them right now. I placed an order with promo to receive free samples. Everything was ok, maybe a little delay but nothing crazy. I received a package with all the free goodies in it and 2 small items that I ordered to reach the limit to get the free stuff, but the main item was missing! I tried to email them 3 times, started chat, called to no avail. Noone is answering the phone, emails or chat!

My favourite makeup brand by far! I’ve owned quite a lot of their products over the last few years and couldn’t fault any of them. The Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation is the best foundation I’ve ever used & I’ve tried a fair few! It smells amazing and lasts all day. Also love the mascaras (Hypnose and Grandiose Extreme) and lipsticks. Well worth the price tag!

They created the promotion called "inourhearts". I tried to purchase fragrance and serum on their website, and it was waste of time. I tried to submit order after filling out all info of my credit card, and it always showed error due to my card even though I used the same to buy their products before. I lost my patience and called customer service. I waited more than an hour and they hung up the phone call after 78 minutes of waiting. This is just ridiculous. I even tried to email and noone replied back. LANCOME!!! DO NOT TRY TO TRICK YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH YOUR STUPID PROMOTION.

I am writing emails and no reply. They don't really care.

Ordered a product with shop runner 2 day shipping. It has been now over a week since I placed the order. When I call customer service a few days ago asking why it hasn’t shipped yet they said they are behind and don’t know when they will ship out. When I had asked to speak to their supervisor they said the supervisor will give me a call back within 48 hours... what a surprise no call no email no nothing! For such a global brand it’s unfortunate their customer service is so incompetent and unprofessional. Really disappointing!

I used lancome as a replacement of estee Laudel.l was very disappointed. My face got a rash and was very dry.l regret doing it and don't recommend it at all.

I bought it recently for the first time in my life and loved it!
