Placed an order 10 days ago and waited at home in the working hours for the parcel and no one turned up. Kept talking with the courier for re-arranging the delivery, and failed everyday. Customer service team could not do anything and believe this is only between the receiver with the courier company. They will not support to complain about this issue and purely ignore the time and the energy I have spent to talk with their courier, talk with the customer team trying to find where is my parcel for the upcoming holiday. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!

Ich kaufe mittlerweile nur noch über den Lancome-Onlineshop. Es gibt zahlreiche Aktionen und man kann sich dadurch bei jeder Bestellung ganz verschiedene Produktproben heraussuchen. Dadurch kann ich ausprobieren was ich vertrage und habe mir neue, bis dahin unbekannte Produkte gekauft. In Fachgeschäften gibt es leider kaum noch Proben, das finde ich sehr schade, da ich mir bei den hohen Preisen nicht einfach etwas kaufe und dann ist es nichts für mich. Die verschiedenen Bezahlmöglichkeiten sind super, Versand immer zuverlässig und Ware ist sicher verpackt. Dem Paket liegt ein Versandschein bei mit einer Auflistung der erworbenen Dinge. Ich habe mich beim Newsletter angemeldet, da bekommt man die Aktionscodes ganz frisch :-) Ich bedaure es sehr erst mit Mitte 30 auf Lancome aufmerksam geworden zu sein, die Produkte sind wirklich super, Highend-Kosmetik und tolle Pflegeprodukte, das ist mit Produkten aus der Drogerie keinesfalls zu vergleichen und die Anschaffung lohnt sich. Ich würde den Lancome-Shop weiterempfehlen.

I've tried many other famous brands but no one is half good as Lancôme. When I buy on line they send on time and with many gifts - never disappointed - they do what they say. I trust this company
