I received both of my orders. I had previously given Lancôme 4 starts instead of 5 because I thought they had not sent me a confirmation email/receipt for my order. Upon checking, I noticed that Lancôme’s emails had gone into my spam - sorry Lancôme! My items are as described and I am very happy with Lancôme. I made 2 separate orders and I am happy with both. I ordered them on 26/12/21 and received both of them on 30/12/21. Thank you

Order some cleanser for my wife on 27/11/2021 by 18/12/221 still no sign of goods . Wrote to them received a reply saying order not successful and the debit to my account was a holding charge. which is a complete untruth as holding charges do not appear on statements. Still waiting for a refund. Force to implement complaint and disputed transaction procedures in the hope of getting my money back. Never again will I order anything from them. their customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered. Sheer arrogance ignorance and incompetence.

Ordered an Art Liner , reduced from £ 24 to £17 in order to claim the free gift with any purchase.Would never normally pay so much for a liner so expected it to be very good quality.However despite only using it a handful of times it has run out whereas cheap liners last me months.Messaged customer service who promised to get back to me in 24 hours.Still waiting for a response despite contacting them a second time.

I have not received my refund after a month. My order from 26.11. I am waiting for 2 weeks no deleivey. I tried to call/ mail, no body reply. So disappointed. Until now 1 month 24/12, no refund and no reply as well. How is your bad service!!!!!

Ordered my items over a month ago, half the order was missing which cost me £100, after countless emails chasing this up I was told item was out of stock (don’t think they would even bother to let any of their customers know) and that I would get a refund within 5 working days it’s been over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. Have emailed twice again since and still no word. Never had issues like this in the past but feel truly let down. Will have to keep chasing this up or report to ombudsman if I don’t get a refund. Until they sort out their customer service I would avoid this company at all costs.

Ich hatte für meine Frau ein Weihnachtsgeschenk Ende November bestellt. Die Abbuchung ist unmittelbar erfolgt, aber die Lieferung kam nie an. Eine telefonische Klärung war mir erst Mitte Dezember möglich, weil vorher der telefonische Service nicht erreichbar war. Auf Mails wurde nicht bzw. nur mit einer Standardantwort geantwortet. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir zumindest bestätigt, dass sich das Paket im Rücklauf befindet und mit einer Erstattung zu rechnen ist - aber eben - es ist nie angekommen. Ich kann nur empfehlen wieder im stationären Handel einzukaufen.

Please, do not shop in this online store. It is a headache. They are confused and make you wait forever on the phone. I do not think LACOME can have an online store. I bought some gifts and products for myself in black Friday. I received my package with nothing that I had ordered. The package said it had 5 items. When I opened there was just one cream that I did not order. And nothing that I had ordered was in the box. So, called customer service . The lady sent me to UPS with a label that was inside of the box. When I arrived at UPS they said the label was wrong. I called LACOME again and it was a drama for them to send me the right label. They want me to go home and wait for a day to receive the label by email. I am very very busy and I can not do it. So, after a drama the lady sent me the label on my email and I sent the package. They received the package and almost 8 days after the UPS delivered that to them they still did not contact me. I called them again and was put in a long hold by the customer service representative then my call was dropped!!! I called again and the drama continued. Nobody can solve it. I just want my order!!! :( I had a Christmas gift in that order. They are confused about whether to resend the order or give my money back. What the hell is that company? Finally, they said my order would be resend but they do not send me any email or anything to give me a position about my order.

I have ordered a Lancome gift set for my partner on13th November 2021. 4 emails to chase up. 2 phone calls on hold for over 35 minutes. It's now 16th December and no product and no reply. They have now taken out a second payment. Horrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. As of today 30/12/21 another phone call and no offer of product or resolving the issue. Another email sent and still nothing. Multi million pound company with a shocking customer service. Shame on you Lancome.
