First things first, I placed an order Dec 2nd. Later on I was charged shipping and told items have shipped out, shortly after I got an email saying items backordered...They charged me shipping and sent out their free items that you get with the order...3 tiny packets of cremes or some crap. After arguing in chat for a while they cancelled the backordered items after saying they couldn't....After sitting in chat arguing some more they finally came to terms they weren't going to win. They will try to give you the same answer... "We are experiencing shipping delays" Don't let them give you that BS. They can cancel the order still. Also don't let them take your money for shipping just because they sent some crappy sampled, get that refunded from this shady company. I would never do business with this company again, they lead people on and suck at replying to emails. They try to give you the runaround on everything and dodge questions, and get mad when you call them out. Take your money elsewhere. Something funny.....After all of this and fighting to get the shipping cost refund...They asked if I would like to have free shipping on my next order!!!! LOL

Bought an item over 3 weeks never received a confirmation email, so last week being two weeks was told out of there control techinal issue, left it a few more days emailed again, was told We do apologise for the delay in response as we have had a high number of emails. I have investigated further on your case and as it appears your parcels are still yet to be shipped for an unknown reason. I have now raised this with the relevant team who will be in contact within the next 2 working days to resolve this matter ASAP. This was replied to on the 8th December as they still hadn't sent product they are now not replying. Basically it's stealing keeping a customers money. Like a lady on here said maybe they have been hacked or going bust because I had all this with debinhams. Come on lanacom start being truthfull start answering people's emails not all your staff are sorting a tech issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Order incomplete,no refund!!!.Sent so many emails asking for my money then finally receive email saying they will refund me but hey still nothing.Absolutely shocking service.Never again.

Shocking, cannot believe Lancome are operating like this. Order not received, 2 emails sent, no reply; tried to call 5 times, on hold for half an hour and told there are 10 customers in front of me in the queue everytime, just cannot get a response . I will never, ever order from them again. Wish I'd checked the reviews here first.

So, you get excited about their black Friday discount, and you go ahead and do your Christmas gift shopping from them and now whenever you check where is my package you get the same answer shipping delayed with no estimate on when you can get it, contact customer service and the only answer you get it is out of our hands, well all other vendors have delivered. Now you have to go and buy another set of gifts cause who knows when you will get your order

Die größte Frechheit! Wollte einen Artikel auch stornieren bevor er versendet wurde. Mail hingeschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten. Artikel wurde natürlich versendet. Nun will ich Ihn aber zurück schicken, kann ich aber nicht, da ich keine Rechnung habe (die Rückseite soll ausgefüllt werden und kein Rücksendeschein vorhanden ist) und es gibt 3 Kontaktwege: 1. Chat über facebook -> wird ignoriert. 2. Chat über whatsapp -> wird ignoriert 3. über Telefon: hierüber sind alle 24/7 im Gespräch und man wird auf die webseite verwiesen. Bereits 3 Emails geschrieben. Alle ignoriert. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Rückgabe innerhalb von 14 Tagen geschehen muss, ansonsten wird die Rückgabe abgelehnt... Das ist auch eine Möglichkeit Rückgaben nicht zu akzeptieren. Ich muss mich echt zurück halten um nicht noch deutlicher über den Laden abzuledern. Zu Weihnachten wünsche ich mir, dass alle Leute bei dem Laden den Kauf einstellen und dass die unter gehen!

I wish I could give 0 star. Avoid ordering from Lancome Official website at all cost. Their customer service is THE WORST. I ordered a bunch of items from Black Friday and Cyber Day sales. A part of the order was 3 of the same item. They only sent one. So I called the customer service and the rep I spoke with told me the missing two items will be shipped to me later. I asked for a confirmation email for it, and she said since it’s from the existing order the tracking number will be sent to me when they are shipped later. A week passed by, no email, no tracking number, nothing! Also Lancome Official website does not do price match of their own sales. One of their item was 30% off during Black Friday sale and I ordered 3 of those, but then later during Cyber Day sale they were 50% off. So I placed a new order for 50% off sale, and later returned all 3 of items I got from 30% off sale. Today, I received a return confirmation email and it said only one item was returned and refunded. What happened to the other two? Knowing how shady they are, I took pictures of my return form and return items in the box at the post office before sending them back. I’m glad I did. Now I need to go through the nightmare of their customer service again. Sigh.. Whoever working for Lancome in their fulfillment center and return center need to be re-educated and re-trained. How can this happen so frequently? Also, don’t bother using Lancome Chat Service. They don’t know anything, take forever to type and reply, don’t answer your questions, and just waste your time. I think they are talking to multiple customers at a time and don’t pay attention to what each customer says. They keep asking same questions, don’t understand your questions, and never get things done. So useless! Lancome needs to improve so much with their customer service department. Their system needs to change. Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Worst online shopping experience ever!!

PLEASE BE AWARE!! This company helped themselves to 2 payments out my account on 2 different days for 1 products they won’t answer my emails, this has been going on since the 15/11/21 I’ve emailed them ever second day as according to their customer service note it will take 24 hours to hear back I’ve sent screen shots of my account to show 1 order and screen shots of them taking 2 payments on the 15th then again on the 19th, don’t buy from them you can get better products else where!
