Can I give ZERO STARS? Received an email offering 40% off any product - The code didn't work. Additionally, there was an offer for FREE 6-Piece Gift with $39.00 purchase. That didn't work either. Contacted Customer Service, 3 phone calls to get a decent connection. The Rep couldn't figure it out, after 20 minutes of trying, put me on hold to email her supervisor. Line was disconnected. Tried calling back another Customer Service person. She put me on hold and once again, disconnected. Signed up for offer of 20% off if I provided my email; gave them the email but no 20% off. Love the products, too challenging to do business with Lancome. After 25 years of loyalty, I'll now be going elsewhere.

I was a Lancome customer for well over 30 years and was part of their Elite rewards program. Over the pandemic, I worked from home so didn't order as much. When I recently wanted to make a purchase and also use points, I found I had none. I called and wrote Lancome about this, since other companies (airlines, hotels, etc.) extended their rewards program in consideration of the pandemic (I never knew before Lancome points expire). Lancome refused to reinstate my points during a phone conversation and Lancome has not responded to a couple emails to discuss. This is NOT good business practice as they clearly do not care about their loyal customers. I have deleted their app and will never, ever buy Lancome again.

Ordered product for my Wife and 2 months later it still hasnt arrived. I have mailed and Phoned them multiple time with no satisfactory response. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. truly shocking customer service and total disregard for consumers. I would not recommend any dealings with Lancome or its parent company

Oh, I'm so relieved to see these complaints and realise that I'm not the only person who's had terrible problems with Lancome! I ordered my products on 29th November and to this day they have not arrived! Last week I spoke to someone who I can only think had been dragged off the street to answer the phone and I then sent a complaint that has still not been responded to. The 'customer service' person said that someone would be in touch in two days. Nothing. I am £62 down and from the reviews on here, I wonder if I'll ever see my money back! I feel so sad. When I was growing up, Lancome was really premium and luxurious. What happened!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. One of the worst customer service from a company I have ever experienced. I ordered two items from Lancome and one item turned up. With no explanation of what was happening with the other item, I waited some more. It never arrived. I sent 3 emails and received no reply (apparently they get back to you within 24 hours, very funny)!! I finally received an email asking if I wanted a refund or the item re-sending, I asked for the item. Again, no reply. So I called them, and it was only then that I was informed the item was out of stock in the warehouse and they would refund. I have since emailed again asking when the money will be refunded, surprisingly no reply. I am still waiting for my money. Please think twice about ordering from this appalling web site. Great products, a real shame about their disgraceful customer service.

This has got to be the worst company in the Uk. Do not buy from them. My wife ordered a gift set and waited more than 2weeks for delivery. My wife called today - they said it's out of stock. However they are still selling the same product on their website. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. They are very rude and unfriendly and never say SORRY.

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. Now, when I try to buy a foundation that I I have always used, they say it’s out of stock, they don’t know when it’s going to come in. What bothers me most of all is they’re so indifferent and don’t seem to have the customer service they used to have. I tried to write this review online on the company site and I received A message saying that they’re not gonna post it review because it doesn’t meet their standards. So, the truth doesn’t meet their standards? What used to be a phenomenal company has really dropped the ball. Shame on you!

Terrible customer service - Lancôme UK I had ordered 2 perfume bottles, but received only 1. After calling their customer service, I got an email from them on 1 Dec 2021 confirming that the product was out of stock and I would get a refund in 5 working days. Until now I still haven’t got my refund. I have been chasing for 1 month by calls, emails but have not got any word. What a terrible customer service 😡!
