Contacted them to correct the address. They sent my package to a wrong address. I tried to fix THEIR mistake, not mine. But they refused to contact DHL to adjust it. In their every single word, they tried to blame me (while they are the only one providing the wrong address to the courier). They are just blaming customers for their own mistakes! They are a huge international company but their policy is just too bad. I really don't know what they need CS department for. Shame to L'Oreal!

After more than 30 years of purchasing exclusively Lancome skin care and make up at the counters of Nordstrom‘s and Bloomingdale’s! in November 2023,I thought,I would give their online site a try!! My goodness, hindsight is 2020,but if I were to consider everything from the moment, I ordered my Christmas box and the new tint concealer. I would have blew up my phone before, I would’ve ordered from them,when I tell you that the online site is an absolute positive sham believe me!!they took my money within seconds, and then waited at least two weeks before they ship my purchase and then when they did, the concealer was opened, and out of nowhere, the product that were new, as well as the ones I already been using as a regiment. All of a sudden my face became broke out like a teenager and I couldn’t identify the source because there were too many sources frankly, and then in addition to that I know now that the perfume is totally fake. I don’t as soon as you put it on like you can smell the bottle and it’s so fragrant you put it on your body and it disappears immediately. There’s no residual smell ever so these are things that I’m telling you that I learned after everything was said and done so I phoned to inquire about my face breaking out and they told me that I needed to go through their process as well as I had to be interviewed by another department and then when I finally was interviewed, they said OK we must have an allergic reaction so we’re gonna give you a full refund, don’t use the products. Don’t ship them back and from there they have jerked me around big time never got the refund. They use this preposterous reason that I didn’t get my refund was because I didn’t unlock my card to receive a refund and because I didn’t unlock it, they only do that once, and therefore, they have three years of protection from ever trying to attempt to give you a refund there thereafter, which is fraud as far as I’m concerned, I mean I had been given the runaround so many times by so many people that I finally just gave up. I didn’t even care anymore at that point because when you’re dealing online you have absolutely no leverage that’s why I’m telling you now. Do not order anything online. Let alone Lancome Lancome is not not a French skincare company anymore. It is L’Oreal and what they have done is they have cheapened and deluded and put God knows what in the ingredients And, passing it off as they old superb products I used it forever and I always got the best results so that’s why I know for a fact that they have tampered with the Lancôme line when they bought the skincare line!! if I were a betting person I would tell you right now that that online operation consist of about 15 people in a probably in an apartment probably not even in a business setting with phones and a lot of coaching on how to confuse the consumer, and wear them down to where they just give up eventually because you you have no recourse and they know the attorney general isn’t going to investigate their little puny operation their illegal operation so anyone out there that wants to save a trip to the counter of one of the exclusive department stores to purchase. Their products don’t do it it’s a big nasty gross disgusting scam.

Nie wieder. Paypal eingeschaltet. Die haben mein Produkt und! mein Geld nicht zurück überwiesen. Alles in allem sehr negativ. Fühle mich hintergangen und betrogen. Unendliche Mails das die es bearbeiten und zurück überweisen wenn ich von PayPal zurück trete. PP riet ab. Trotz Beweise, das sie mein Rücksendung erhalten haben,kein ein lenken. Wieder eine Mail das ich beweisen soll das meine Rücksendung ankam dabei war das längst erledigt. Da habe ich das nicht erwartet. Pfui!

Ich wollte über die angeblich seriöse Seite bestellen, allerdings bricht der Bestellvorgang ständig ab, da keine Zahlmöglichkeit funktioniert (weder Kredikkarte, Klarna noch Paypal auf drei unterschiedlichen Endgeräten). Die Dame am Telefon half mir damit, ich solle Fotos machen und diese an das Unternehmen weiterleiten. Ist das meine Aufgabe als Kunde, dem Unternehmen zu zeigen und zu "beweisen", dass seine Homepage nicht geht???!!! Zudem ist die angezeigte Telefonummer nicht erreichbar, sie ist schlichtweg nicht vergeben. Was für ein Saftladen!!!

Ich hätte die Bewertungen auf Trustpilot definitv vorher lesen sollen. Allerdings dachte ich, einer so renommierten Marke könne man vertrauen. Leider totaler Quatsch. Sicherlich wiederhole ich hier einige Dinge der bereits angegebenen Bewertungen, aber ich kann es auch nicht für mich behalten. Ich habe schon mehrfach Lancôme Produkte bestellt, allerdings nie bei Lancôme direkt, da sie woanders wesentlich günstiger zu bekommen sind. Diesmal bin ich auf ein 3 für 2 Angebot reingefallen und habe direkt bei Lancôme bestellt. Bestellt habe ich 2 Cremes und ein Serum. Die Pumpe des Serums war defekt, was ich telefonisch reklamiert haben. Sehr nette mit starkem Akzent sprechende Dame am Telefon. Mir wurde ein Rabatt für eine Neubestellung zugesichert, den ich nie erhalten habe. Zweiter Versuch : Wieder eine nette Dame am Telefon, die mir ein Retourenlabel zugeschickt hat. Eine Rückerstattung der Kosten wurde mir zugesichert. Zuerst sollte ich noch ein Video schicken, welches den Defekt zeigt. Dieses konnte dann angeblich nicht geöffnet werden. Ich habe das Produkt zurückgeschickt und es ist nichts passiert. Also Dritter Versuch: bei einem weiteren Telefonat wurde mir die sofortige Rückerstattung zugesichert. Einen Tag später kam dann eine Mail mit der Aussage, es sei ja eine 3 für 2 Bestellung gewesen und dann sei das defekte Produkt eben das Kostenlose. Ist das rechtens???? Kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Ich bin dermaßen enttäuscht und aufgebracht, dass ich weitere Schritte einleiten werde und selbstverständlich auch nie, nie wieder nicht nur dort etwas bestellen werde, sondern komplett auf Produkte dieser absolut unseriösen Marke verzichten werde. So ein Geschäftsgebaren ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, extrem unprofessionell und ich kann nur jedem abraten auf dubiose Angebote reinzufallen. Falls jemand dies lesen sollte, der unbedingt meint, Produkte dieser Firma benutzen zu müssen, da niemals dort direkt bestellen. Andere online Parfümerien bieten diese mit großen Rabatten an. Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg. Ja, man kann auf Chinashops schimpfen, aber die Enttäuschung war bei Lancôme definitiv größer.

Nie wieder! Habe Gesichtscreme für über 120€ bestellt, sofort stark allergisch reagiert, habe alles Anfang Dezember 2023 zurück geschickt. Habe sogar einen ewig langen Allergiefragebogen beantwortet - seitdem werde ich nur hingehalten, hänge in Warteschleifen, Mitarbeitende sprechen kaum Deutsch, behaupten, sie hören mich am Telefon auf einmal nicht, behaupten, das Computerprogramm funktioniere plötzlich nicht, E-Mails bleiben unbeantwortet... Und noch immer keine Rückerstattung!!! Niemand kann mir sagen, wie die Prozesse sind, wo die retournierte Ware ist. Mein Geld sehe ich sicher nie wieder. Furchtbar!

1 bestellt und nie wieder !!! Ich wollte meiner Freundin ein Geschenk machen und bereits vor 2 Wochen schon einen Adventskalender bestellt gehabt heute kam die Nachricht das mein Paket zum Absender zurück geschickt wird weil lancome einen Daten Fehler gemacht hatte und meine Adresse falsch übermittelt der erste Advent ist übermorgen der Kalender ist auf dem Rückweg die Erstattung folgt erst in paar Tagen bis 1 Woche und ich stehe mit leeren Händen da wenn ich bei der Hotline anrufe wird mein Paket im System nichtmal gefunden. Reiner Saft laden und mir meinen Advent echt zur kathastroohe gemacht nie wieder bei euch und empfehlen werde ich euch auch nicht danke fürs Advent verkacken.
