One star is one too many. I ordered a mascara in their online shop and after three weeks I still haven't received it. My mails to customer service didn't get a reply. 30€ for nothing. Thanks a lot. Never ever again.

Hallo, ich habe erstmal viele Bewertungen hier gelesen und ehrlich gesagt, hatte ich Angst, dass etwas nicht stimmt. In Gegenteil, alles war zu 100 Prozent bestens. Alles, Rechnung erhalten, Lieferung richtig in Ordnung. Meine 8 Proben wurden mir geschickt. Mein Parfum auch ...Sehr gut verpackt, Gleich am Anfang habe ich Bestätigung bekommen, danach Info wegen Lieferung und wann Packet ankommt. Kundenservice hat sehr nett Infos an mich da vor geschrieben-nette Leute. Sehr Lieb. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, schon auf FB Seite lernte ich Lancome damals persönlich kennen (vor ein paar Jahren) auch dort war ich sehr zufrieden, vor Allem Kommentarre waren richtig schön von Kundenservice geschrieben-mit Empathie. Danke Lancome :)

Hice un pedido con la promoción de 9 muestras gratuitas. Me llegó el pedido una semana después sin muestras. Reclamé y se lavaron las manos, a parte de reírse de mí. ¿Marca de lujo? Permítame que dude. He pedido en muchas otras y la atención al usuario es magnífica. No volveré a comprar jamás.

I was having a problem with opening a refillable bottle of perfume. I reached out to customer care and they asked for photos of the product and packaging, proof of purchase, video of the problem and I sent everything they asked for including photos that show the packing where it said it was a refillable product. I then received a response to say that the product was not refillable and the packaging stated it was not refillable. I am extremely disappointed with this as the packaging actually states that the product IS refillable and the customer care team are trying to gaslight me

My Mum was bought a bottle of La Nuit perfume for her 80th. After a week or so the nozzle stopped working and was no longer useable. She reached out to Lancôme who had her sending photos, videos of it not working, the unique number of the bottle, all of which she did. Then refused to help unless she could provide the receipt. Her 88 year old friend who bought it for couldn’t provide the receipt but Lancôme were not interested. Two very upset old ladies and a very uncaring customer services. Their products are very inferior to what they used to be. Will never buy Lancôme again

Eigentlich waren wir Lancôme Fans, aber die neuerliche Verkleinerung der Artikelgrößen hat uns dazu bewogen nun Abstand von dieser Marke zu nehmen. Beispiel: Der neue Squalane Lippenstift. Der hat sage und schreibe nur noch 3g, bei gleichem Preis. Das setzt sich bei anderen Artikeln so fort, insbesondere die Parfums. Irgendwann ist mal Schluss. Wir werden nichts mehr von dieser Marke kaufen. Schade, waren wir vor einiger Zeit doch recht zufrieden, aber diese Beutelschneiderei machen wir nicht mehr mit. Es gibt andere, die qualitativ gleichwertig sind, aber eine faire Kundenpolitik betreiben. Bye Bye Lancôme..
