Great selection , customer service and wonderful rugs… I love the pattern and rug quality that I received!

I had a computer glitch with my order and reached out to customer service for some help. Jen was amazing, thoughtful, and very helpful. She confirmed my order and sent me my tracking number. The rug arrived VERY quickly and is gorgeous! I cannot say enough good things about this company. What a great product, and what great customer service.

The rug we received was exactly what we expected, but unfortunately, it was just a hair too big for the space (literally by an inch). Since it was the exact rug we wanted, we reordered it in a slightly smaller size and it works great in the space. We haven't washed it yet, so hoping it holds up well if/when we do wash it. Lahome was flexible with us knowing we weren't happy with the original size we had ordered, even though their refund policy is a bit confusing. Another perk: I was confused about shipping times, yet our rug was here much quicker than expected!

They said "would you like to leave positive feedback ". What a joke. There is nothing positive about it. I ordered a rug from them on November 15th after just moving into my new home from New York State to Kentucky on November 10th. Unfortunately, the rug was delivered to my New York address. The person that received my rug at my old address took it for granted, because it was shipped through Amazon that the order was from Amazon. They took it upon themselves to call Amazon and Amazon told them to dispose of my property and have me call for a replacement! Well, Amazon is not replacing it and neither is Lahome. I have talked to Amazon and I have emailed Lahome many times with no satisfaction. I will NEVER order from Lahome or order any of they products again

The rug is really pretty and the customer service was also great and replied super quickly!

Rugs were shipped promptly. They are more beautiful in person than I thought they would be. Very soft. Let's see how they wash.
