They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

The washable Christmas and animal themed rugs just arrived and are exactly what I hoped for. They make the room so happy and festive.

I love the 3 Christmas Rugs I ordered. I didn't order the corner product to hold the rugs in place, but honestly I personally don't need them. They stay in place. I ordered the Perle Christmas Snowflake Red Rug. The red isn't in your face red, which I prefer. They are beautiful. I have one in front of my door wall off of my kitchen, in front of my sink and in my back hall off of my garage. What I love about them is I can vacuum them with a minimal amount of suction that I use for my hardwood floors. I'm going to order the same one for my powder room. I've ordered so many Christmas rugs in my time and most of them didn't hold up over time. I am very hopeful that these will.

The Lahome team is very committed to ensuring a top-notch customer experience-a rarity these days that truly makes them stand out. There are real people behind their product who are responsive, friendly and eager to help. The rug designs are terrific-creative and colorful and are available in every shape and size. Best of all, they are machine washable, so even in high traffic areas (ours was purchased for our front entry way), the rugs will look great for years to come!

I had a small ordering issue by accident, and Lahome Rugs was extremely responsive and helpful right away. I received the rug I ordered and absolutely love it. It’s so soft and looks exactly like the photos. Great customer service and a beautiful product!

Received a few rugs from them. Great customer service and delivery and great rugs. 10/10

I didn't receive one of my items within my order. I contacted Lahome's service dept. and received a just about immediate answer to remedy the situation. Have never had such a quick response from any company. This was my first time dealing with Lahome and was very pleased with the items I received and the quick response to my issue.

The rug is great. It has a soft surface and washes well in my washing machine. I am so pleased the appearance is just as described in picture. I am also very pleased with the quick response from customer service. I have two rugs now and I’m sure to order more. The price is also a factor and I found that to be reasonable and affordable. I have pets so these washable rugs are truly wonderful. One additional comment I really like that Lahome offers rugs that do not require additional backing. I look forward to more designs and more purchases. Thanks
