LahomeReviews of lahomedecor.com

I ordered on October 20th, and I received Oct 22. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this beautiful rug. I was so worried that the rug would not be the right color for my wall paint, it's perfect!!! This is my first purchase with this company, and i'm very pleased. One thing I would tell first time buyers, look for the discounts in your e-mails, I missed mine, so i'm disappointed that I missed out on a huge discount. I love this rug so much I think I will purchase another one.

This rug was delivered within days! Was everything I expected beautiful soft and yes within 1 hour of putting it down I spilled coffee on it and it never soaked in, it layer on top! Cleaned right up with a paper towel with no stain! I'm impressed and will be getting another rug for my entry room.

Outstanding customer service and I now own five Lahore rugs. They are beautiful and excellent quality.

Through no fault of Lahome, the rug that I ordered did not work in my room as expected. I contacted them to arrange a return. To return the rug would have cost me a significant amount for return shipping. Instead, they offered a partial refund and allowed me to keep the rug. As I said, although I liked the rug, it did not fit well into the intended space. I don't know where the rug will end up, but their customer service was efficient and exemplary. I will purchase from them in the future.

My rugs arrived on time and were both beautiful, as expected. I kept one and decided to return the other for a different size and customer service was super helpful with that. I will be buying from here again.

The customer service is unmatched! Pleasant, professional and most helpful in resolving questions I had. Customer service was prompt to respond and always eager to resolve questions I presented. So refreshing in a time when “customer service” can mean something unpleasant to tackle.

My rug was stolen from my apartment building and the customer service team worked diligently to fix the issue! They’ve also been very kind & fast to reply

We received our rugs quickly and when I opened them, I was amazed at how soft and beautiful they were. As soon as I put one out on the patio, my two grandchildren laid on their bellies and tried to identify the insects depicted on the rug. The rugs are so comfortable, the spent nearly an hour laying on it.
