The rug I ordered was not what was shipped. I reached out to Customer Service (Jen) and was asked to send pics of the rug, the shipping label and the label on the rug wrapper. Jen replied back with a couple of options. I asked for a third option to which Jen replied was acceptable and we proceeded along those lines. I was disappointed that the rug I received wasn't the one I ordered but the response to the error was awesome. I'd order from Lahore again, blindfolded as their products are quality, reasonably priced and their customer service, impeccable! Thanks, Lahome and Jen!!

I received my rug grippers no problem, however Ive emailed customer service at LaHome two times in a week to try and get my initial rug order exchanged for a smaller size. No one from customer service so far has replied to initiate the return and or exchange. Very unhappy with how difficult this has been . I only have 30 days to return the rug and I am leaving for vacation and I need to resolve this issue! I am spoiled by Amazon return policies 😎.

I love the rugs, they are beautiful. There was a minor mishap with the delivery but the company was very responsive.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with LaHome. I ordered two rugs and received emails promptly with order info. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer than expected to receive my rugs. But, the customer service I received was phenomenal. When I emailed them to inquire about my order I received a reply very quickly explaining the situation. When the rugs arrived they were exactly what I was hoping for. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I wished they would’ve reached out about the delay sooner.

Although I was not happy with the quality of the rug, customer service rep, Jen, was quick to respond to my request to return it. She offered to give 50% refund, no shipping or return hassle and was allowed to donate the rug. Overall, good company to stand up for their products.

Bought 2 rugs. They're very pretty but much too thin, as there is no backing; a pad is definitely necessary. CS is very good. They stand by their word.
