These pieces are not rugs, they are pieces of rubber. Not at all what I envisioned. Too small for the area I really needed, but I guess I ordered the wrong size.

Rug was very nice, but misleading return policy.

The rug was good for the price, the colors were just slightly different from what I had pictured in real life and did not match what I needed exactly. They did give me a partial refund instead of a return due to higher shipping costs and allowed me to keep the product. Customer service was friendly and prompt.

I was sent the wrong rug or sent a rug that looks nothing like what I ordered. My rug grippers were never received. I have sent emails to the company for a refund. Update: The company did respond in a timely manner and agreed to a full refund for the rug and rug grippers. They also said I could keep the rug rather than return it. I’m relieved and satisfied with the outcome. The rug has a nice texture and design, Unfortunately, the colors don’t look like the advertised product and I don’t have any place for it in my home.

It took a long time to receive the rug we ordered! I contacted the company a couple times before I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to get me my rug till nearly the end of April! My response was a request of a refund if I couldn’t receive my rug by April 3. I got the rug yesterday and it is really nice! There were gold creases in the rug yesterday but this morning they have all nearly disappeared! Now we want to order an additional rug but don’t want to be left on the back burner again with no forth coming communication and me having to send numerous emails to finally get the rug! Might be too much frustration to contend with! I’m usually not this fragile but my husband and I both have cancer and are struggling! So there you have it!

I have three dogs so a washable rug is essential. The rug I purchased is very pretty and will easily fit in my washer but it’s basically the same as a bath mat. $75 was pretty pricey for what I got. Would have loved to have bought more but just can’t justify the cost for what you get.

The 5x7 rug is very nice. I ordered the 5x7, 2 runners, 12 corner grippers and picked a bonus Christmas rug on 17/Feb/26 and received everything except the runners on 23/Feb/26. I sent a msg to customer service last week indicating that the runners have not yet been delivered. As of today, 4/Mar/26, no response and no runners have been received. The only way to contact this company is by email. They do not appear to have any service agents.

I wasn’t entirely happy with this rug and was only offered a partial refund. Be warned that they don’t accept returns. The rug has no nap and my vacuum doesn’t glide across- it gets stuck on the rug.
