LahomeReviews of lahomedecor.com

What a great company! Their customer service is excellent! Oh, and I love my rug!

They we very helpful and understanding in my situation and we loved the product, it just didn’t work for our space but we would gladly buy again

Lahome was understanding and willing to make sure I was satisfied when I had an issue with my purchase. Great customer service!

I ordered a rug from Lahome that appeared somewhat different in person when compared to the website in reference to color and mildly design. Lahome was responsive and worked with me to create a return plan. Although the rug didn’t translate in person from the website, I would probably give this company another shot in the future.

Opening up my package I was so surprised how soft my rug was and the quality was absolutely wonderful. Delivery was on point. I got an email saying it was on his way and it came by the time I got cleaning up the kitchen love the runner. My husband didn’t see it until the next morning and he’s like oh by the way love the rug where’d you get it? I said LA home go home. Can you order another one then that’s exactly what I just did. I came down to get on my phone and order another one excellent company and it’s washable. I love that and so many different selections. Thank you . Mrs Whatley

Their customer service was outstanding. I was very pleased with how they handled my issue. Thank you.

Love their rug designs and their customer service is super helpful and responsive!

It was delivered in the timeframe that was promised. It came folded in the box that was a bit of a surprise, but it was easy to get out of the box and put down where I wanted it. Great price. Truly attractive. Easy to manipulate them into place spilled something, and they cleaned up easily and no stain. I just ordered two more.
