Unfortunately the first rug was stolen from its delivery location however after emailing lahome decor they were very helpful and kind while making it extremely easy to get my rug replaced. With this level of quality service i cant wait to see my rug.

I loved the rug. It was soft. The design was printed on which worked for what I needed. The color and size end up working for my space so they offered me a partial refund and let me keep the rug to basically split the difference on shipping. I was asked to write a review.

Minor shipping problems but the staff was super attentive and super quick to respond and offered multiple solutions! Fantastic customer service and the rug we did receive is amazing!
