Even though I changed my mind about the style of rug I wanted, the team worked with me to make my customer experience great.

The rug is beautiful. It looks just like the advertisement. Also, the rug is super soft. It would be an amazing rug for your bedroom or living room.

I ordered two rugs and LOVE them both! They are so beautiful, soft and well made. I encourage everyone to try these rugs- you will not be disappointed. Great product and satisfied customer. Highly recommend! :)

I had an issue with my order being marked as delivered when I didn’t receive it, but customer service was responsive and willing to help resolve the situation. I really appreciate their willingness to work with me and prioritize customer satisfaction. Thank you for taking responsibility and helping make this right.

Customer Service was very helpful with resolving an issue!

Great customer service. Very fast and on time delivery. Beautiful products! Love these rugs.

I ordered 5 of their Christmas rugs and became obsessed!! The colors are beautiful and the patterns are great. I just ordered a new spring pattern rug for my sitting room and I love the pattern so much I plan on ordering the 8x10 size for under my dining room table. The value is just great. These rugs launder beautifully too

Even though I no longer wanted the rug I ordered, the team was willing to work with me to get the maximum refund possible. I appreciated the quick and flexible communication. As for the rug, it just didn’t meet my needs and was too thin for me to vacuum easily without it being caught in the vacuum but otherwise it looked nice and I would’ve been completely happy with it.
