Shipping was very fast. We are very pleased with the rug - the colors and design match the photo. The quality is great and the rug is incredibly soft. My daughter loves it in her room.

Lahome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the return process. While I truly loved the rug, it didn’t end up being the right fit for my décor. Because return shipping was quite expensive, they kindly offered a generous partial refund, saving me both the cost and hassle of sending it back. Their customer service team went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, and I would absolutely consider Lahome again for future area rug purchases.

Although I did like the style of the rug I ordered, I was a little disappointed with the quality of it. I did however really enjoyed the prompt response to my dispute. It was handled very quickly and I was satisfied with the outcome.

The rug is beautiful, feels very soft and works in my main living room. The color options worked well with my design and concept in my new home! I look forward to. My daughter enjoying our space with the rug.

I ordered two rugs and they were shipped and arrived promptly. I expected them to be more plush, with thicker pile. The sizes were as expected but the materials were not of the quality I would expect for the price I paid. They also came folded up in shipping and that causes seams in the design.

Lahome's rugs have gotten nothing but compliments since I put them in my home. I've bought two 8x10s and two runners and they are absolutely stunning. They are incredibly silky soft. I have had other washable rugs and they don't compete with the softness of these rugs. I was worried about my aggressive vacuum not working on these, but it vacuums great and doesnt suck the rug up, like my ruggables. The corners also lay flat which is amazing. So happy I've gone back for more rugs! Thanks Lahome!
