Awesome in every aspect!! I would definitely recommend!! The entire process was a wonderful experience!! I was very impressed with the communication-I was kept up to date via email and phone calls. Even the trucking company that made the delivery was very helpful and informative! Furniture was packaged very well and was damage free!!

I purchased a white twin bed for my daughter, which I have no complains, and a 6 drawers bureau for my nursery room. The twin bed was in a perfect and new condition and easy to put it together. On the other hand the nightmare started after we opened the bureau box. It was missing the assembly instructions. We called the number provided online but no customer service available. We looked on the web and after a few hours we found an online instructions. After 6 hours my husband and I were able to put it together. During the assembly process we found used parts, dents and scratches in the wood, and some damaged knobs and draw rails. We took pictures of everything. I emailed the company and explained what happened and provided them all the pictures. I requested for an reimbursement or discount for the open box product. However their response was: "we will send you instructions and new parts to replace the damaged ones". Really?! What do I need instructions if we already put it together? And how you going to send me parts for all the rails, knobs, and scratched wood in various places? I need a new bureau then! Any other company would right away apologize and either replace the product or reumburse me. If my baby wasn't to be due on that week I would have returned the product, however that also would have been a pain in the behind to disassemble the whole furniture that already took a long time to put it together. I will never purchase from this company again! Bad customer service! I never had paid for an open box a full price for a brand new product, but with this company you will!

The bedroom suite I ordered was priced over $300 cheaper (even with shipping) than our local stores. It is beautiful and exactly as the pictures showed. When I chatted with customer service they were pleasant and helpful. The company that delivered was great to deal with also. I would definitely recommend Flatfair!!!

They would not let me return the pieces of a table that I spent a lot of money on that was not actually what I had ordered. It came with random pieces that didn't even fit together.

They sent me a broken dining table with some part missing. After many months of calling and emailing their CS back and forth they finally sent me a replacement table. The new table had some stains on the top. I gave up, I was just so tired of dealing with them.

The table is amazing! I was a little worried to order it online because you can't really see it in person. It's a great dark wood and has a country but modern feel because of the rods at the bottom. It was easy to put together, we had the table, bench, and 6 chairs together in under an hour. I did have a few issues with the sales team and not responding promptly about questions so it did not deliver as soon as I hoped. The delivery guy was very nice and friendly when dropping off the table. He left my delivery for last to work around my schedule.

I ordered the sofa and love seat set. I am pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased with the twin bed my daughter picked out. Great quality and it looks gorgeous!
