Ordered a table & after waiting for a few days I contacted them. Got a reply soon that it was a back order & was given the options to cancel the order or wait. I chose to wait. as promised by them the order arrived. I was super impressed with the packing & the base is fine & is exactly shown in the picture. BUT the top glass is SHATTERED. Sent them an email with the pictures. They were good enough to reply that the attachment could not open so resend them the pictures. Lets wait & watch what they do. My husband is a lawyer & I would have no problems to take any legal action if my issue is not solved in a professional manner. Not to forget that the box arrived just fine & not a single dent was on the box. Again they have been good in replying to emails that's the reason I gave them 3 stars. Would update my review soon.

Called to ask about a few items. They took my info down, said hey call back in an hour. Never did. I called three other times and got a voicemail. Left my info and still never got back to me.

Its okay from order online

I don't understand how a company can advertise something, take your money, then tell you they don't have the product. Obviously this company is some sort of middle man, which in that case they are doing a poor job. Updated to 3 stars for good communication.

The online website had technology difficulties that prevented me from ordering product via MasterCard or visa despite it saying that it accepted this type Of transaction. PayPal was the only form of payment That worked. The telephone customer service representative was not aware Of the online discounted code noted On the website. She stated that Possible upper management had not made them aware Of this or possible That the Discount noted on website Had expired. When I explained that the code included The January 2017 in the advertisement she finally made an effort to try it and to her surprIise it worked. Challenges with placing the order online and lack of knowledge about the product and discounts advertised was unacceptable however what Was the most alarming was visiting the warehouse in person that appeared an abandoned junked warehouse was a bit scary. I'm hopeful that the sofa bed I ordered despite all that I mentioned above Will Arrive in great condition and if so, I will take the time to write another comment expressing hopefully a customer satisfied With product. 🙏🏽 For a better experience and that the sofa is in fact what Is claims to be as noted on the website. Update since I wrote the above review ... The sofa was ready within three days from writing this review (I was originally told it would be ready within 7 to 10 days) Good news is that the sofa looks as beautiful as noted on photo, the driver was kind and I am satisfied with my sofa. Would i return as a customer. .. I would If the technology issues are resolved and the price is fair. I won't return to the warehouse as This place looks abandon. On a positive note wishing you an amazing day!

they take forever to answer emails, and they rarely ever pick up the phone. The product I bought was not functional, and took many hours to put together because of it.

The couch is cheaply made.And The driver when delivering my stuff stated that he would be at my house within a hour. Showed up 2 hours later. I have people waiting to help the whole time.
