I had a good experience with FlatFair, but it is easy to understand why someone wouldn't. The delivery instructions regarding my shipment (supplied to me via email) were voluminous, slightly difficult to understand, and in some respects, contradictory. Although my shipment arrived intact and undamaged, I would hate to think of the process I would have had to go through in order to make it right. The email instructions clearly indicate that such a process would be incredibly problematic. However, because my order was much, MUCH cheaper than it would have been from a more reputable, established, customer service-oriented company, I would recommend rolling the dice on FlatFair to anyone. Just remember that there are tradeoffs for low prices. Of course that's true with anything.

Ordered a beautiful table that I needed for a wedding that was happening in 3 weeks. On the website it said that orders usually ship in 2 weeks. Choose the option to pick up as I needed it as soon as possible but never received an email about when to come pick it up. Called customer service and she said the table was on back order and wouldn't be in for another 2-3 months. No where on the website did it say it was on back order nor after I placed the order. Told her if I had known that I would have never ordered it and would have looked elsewhere. Had to cancel my order. Customer service was helpful in canceling my order however website was misleading. Website made it seem that it was in stock ready to go.

Took a few more days to actually ship my order than I was told, but items were shipped and everything was fine.

The product was excellent. I was concerned on how long it took to receive. Also, the product need screws for the arms were no good. Overall the product is 5 Star. Not a bright red. True to color. Very high end looking.

Had some initial concern about whether the online order went through because my screen froze. I contacted but customer service and they solved the problem. After that everything was fantastic! Received the furniture on time and in good shape. Price was the best I could find and well worth it. Would use Flat Fair again!

The order process was easy, though I would have liked more pictures of the item I ordered, I was ordering part of a specific set that I was already familiar with. Even though the delivery took a little longer than I would have liked (I think in part because Amazon is spoiling us with one day deliveries!) The boxes arrived in good shape. When a set of assembly instructions was missing, it only took ten minutes with customer service to have them in my email box to print out- that was awesome. Customer service really rocks!

Good finish, size and quality.

Bought a game table. Looks beautiful but first time I turned top over to use it as a card table discovered it was warped. Gave me a discount, but still have a warped top.
