Used one buys to support your box spring and mattress and legs that didn't hold up. The whole underneath of the bed broke and I had to build a hole underneath .

I purchased a bedroom set everything arrived as described but not even a month later in inside of the dressers started to peel. We were told to send in a picture to customer support and we have never received a response from them regarding this issue

My item was back ordered and during the time the bed went back on sale, but when I asked if I could get the $60 difference back I was told no. Even though I had the option to cancel or wait for my item. I'm not sure why they couldn't do that for a customer that they were going to keep waiting for a month. Anyway, I was given notice that my bed wouldn't take a month after all, but only a week. Two and a half weeks later I got my kids' bed. The shipping company they use is less than desirable. Their drivers must not be very experienced because they couldn't back down a round to deliver my item, nor even attempt it so I had to drive an hour away to go pick up my own item. What a waste for me. I probably wouldn't order a large item from the again.

Flatfair is a honest professional company. The furniture I ordered was high quality, durable ..... exactly what it looked like on the website. I really wish I knew Flatfair existed years ago. My new place to order furniture.

I ordered a daybed a few days after Christmas and received a confirmation email immediately. 8 days later I received a delivery confirmation with no delivery. I sent an email to customer service and they said they bed would be delayed until early February. Then another to late February. Hearing nothing by March I inquired again. It was delayed until the second week of of March. So again, I waited. I heard nothing back the next time I asked about it-so I finally cancelled my order mid March and was refunded with no other explanation. I'm sure for some orders they are fine. And the prices are lower than a lot of the other online stores. But it wasn't worth the 480 dollars to wait almost 3 months.

Too many complications, detail information incorrect and too many hidden fees. Not going to waste my time with this company again.

Furniture was shipped to my home from California. Total of 9 pieces. 7 of the 9 pieces were damaged. Had to wait another 8 days for replacement pieces to arrive. Boxed were placed on top of each other without separators. Very shoddy job of shipment and no offers for reimbursement of my time and hassle of assembling both orders because I needed to use the damaged dining room suit to eat off of until the replacement set arrived. Customers service also is the worst. Do not order anything from them.
