FlatFairReviews of la.flatfair.com

I've been reading all of the reviews of this website and I was a little suspect and this was after I made my purchase. I normally don't write any reviews for anything at all but don't sleep on this website when it comes to the ductless mini split Air and heat conditioner they have. I purchased this on their site when I was trying to look for a ductless mini split because it was so cheap and they had an option for installation. I was so skeptical and told myself its fine I should just wait, 4 days later I get a call confirming that my delivery was going to come the next day and he scheduled an appointment with me and everything went smoothly. Installation process took an hour at least. Overall the manager told me about the reviews and how they tried to do everything world wide and it wasn't working out for them so their doing everything locally now and the process for them is gradually going great. I had no problems with my order at all and I think they did a great job. I was just glad their warehouse was so close to me. 5 out of 5 I even bought another ac for the other room.

We just got this new Arista White CM2906WH-2pc sofa set. despite many bad reviews on Flatfair, I took a chance, and worked out great. They shipped fast and we got it w/in 7-10 days, and curve-side delivery was smooth. This sofa is good quality, and very comfortable. great and smooth functionality. Love how we can make the chair work like a sofa otoman or chase, or stand-alone. They are very light, so easy to slide around to alter functionality. looks great too. Some things to note for this sofa item: the backing is raw material made to face the wall not for open view (we'll put some removable upholstery to nicely cover) and the color is an off-white (maybe 3 shades towards ivory on the top cushion areas, and ~1-2 shades off-white at the base areas). otherwise, thrilled with the purchase, great value at low price, and price was the best w/ flatfair at least $100 less than next cheapest, and $300 less than applianceconnection.com would buy from them again.

Love them, great communication, fast shipping

Very good service and I would buy from them again

When I first saw "curbside delivery" I was a little nervous I wouldn't be home and it would be outside (I live in NYC) but they did not leave it outside, instead, it was left inside my building's lobby which was perfect.

Great pricing--excellent selection--fast delivery and secure packaging

Just do research before buying since you don’t see what you will get

OK first off this is 100% a real review and after reading the horrid reviews below I was completely terrified because I placed my order before thinking to read reviews. My order arrived today and I must say I am 100% thrilled with it. I bought a Bedroom Furniture set from Living Spaces 5 years ago and I was looking for the matching Chest of Drawers. Living Spaces no longer sold them but I found them online at Flat Fair. I placed the order last Monday 01/29/2018. After finding the real bad reviews I became very proactive to ensure my order would go without a hitch. I immediately emailed the company @ support @ flatfair.com and I received a reply the next day from a "David S". I had to provide them with a copy of a utility bill as my shipping address was different than my billing address. This was easy as they allowed me to email a screen shot which I did as well as copied a PDF of the bill. You need patience with this company they will not reply to you immediately, like we have grown accustomed to, but they will reply. "David S" confirmed my information on 02/02/2018 and said it could take up to 12 days for the item to arrive at their warehouse and I would be contacted by the delivery company to arrange for delivery. I was ready to wait for the long haul but I was relieved that I at least wasn't being scammed. Yesterday 02/06 I received a phone call from a less than perfect English speaking gentleman. He stated he would be delivering my furniture tomorrow and wanted to confirm my address. I gave him detailed instructions on how to get to my home and he stated he would text me the next day before he arrived. I woke up this morning and I texted him first and I gave him a screen-shot map off imaps showing exactly where I was in relation to the nearest highway. He replied stating he would be there at 9:30AM. At 9:19AM my doorbell rang. He allowed me to inspect the item and I signed the delivery slip. I love the Chest of Drawers!! Exactly what I wanted! And matches my set perfectly! My advice to anyone wanting to order with FLATFAIR is be patient and be proactive. They are not Wal-mart and they might not even be American based. But if you are proactive and patient with them everything will go without a hitch. From Ordering to Delivery it took 9 Days. I live in Corona, CA
