We ordered 2 items-1 bed and 1 vanity, and we ordered the white glove too. The first delivery took about 3 weeks. The white glove guys installed the bed for us which was really good, then when they opened the vanity’s box, they immediately noted the damage on it and said they will take it back and arrange the next delivery.. We took photos and wrote an email about this situation to flatfair. They didn’t reply until we sent the second one. But so far we have already waited another 3 weeks, there is no any update about the delivery. I gave two stars for the bed we received, but the service disappointed us.

Deposited my money but never got my wicker tv table. Have to contact customer service three times to find out there were no more white wicker tv tables. I finally got back my money and I wasn't happy how it was handled.

First of all, I want to say that the variety of furniture on their website is awesome. Ease of ordering furniture, also awesome. Quality of furniture, excellent.Quality of customer service, not so much. I ordered almost $3000 in bedroom furniture for two bedrooms. Received an email stating 10 out of 10 boxes shipped. GREAT. I receive all 10 boxes, unpack them to only find that I am still missing two pieces of furniture! How does that happen? I call CS, 2-3 rings, voicemail. EVERY TIME. I contact CS through email, they say they will fix the problem and ship out the items I am missing within two days and contact me with a tracking number. That was last week. I still have not received any information on my missing furniture. If it wasn't for the customer service or lack there of, I would rate Flat Fair a Four Star. Mistakes happen. The poor customer service and slowness to react, however has me questioning if I ever shop with them again.

I ordered a big order many items more then two thousand dollars. Most items came at time and had good experience at first. But the rest of my items didn't come and the company sent me a receipt saying that the items were delivered in side the home. I was home that day waiting for the delivery but no one called or came. Update note today: After I reached to the customer service (the good thing is that they always reply and take care of responding in short time). A couple of days they called and confirmed the delivery date and time. Driver came on time. All my items were well packed and not damaged. I was worried but now that ireceived everything I'm so happy and very pleased with their customer service.

Price was good but after 8 days I still dont have my furniture and no delivery date in sight. Ive been charged already but told furniture isnt in the warehouse. Unable to give me any answers so far. Just being told someone will email me. Hopefully something changes and I can change my review.

Well, first off I paid for my item, and a month later got notice they didn't have it. I am an understanding person, but was frustrated by that. Instead of woeing me, the representative Ester kept pushing back with frustration herself. Look, Im the customer. not you. Your responsibility is to KEEP my business, not push me away to NEVER use your business again. I am NEVER one to write bad reviews but this person is just BAD FOR BUSINESS.

I placed an order which was acknowledged by email. Later I was told it was out of stock. I responded to that email with questions and have not recieved a response(3 days). I have called 5 times and been routed to voice mail each time. No response. I have never had a problem like this with any other company on the net. Beware?????

I usually never do this! but i was in love with the dining room set they have..so after 3 days of trying to find coupons for free shipping with no luck i finally decided to pay the $299 shipping $1033 total.Now as im reading the reviews im scared that something will go wrong with my order or it will come damaged or i wont recieve it at all!!..If i would have read the reviews first i would not have ordered from here! Im stressing out about this expensive order!! Im giving 2 stars just for all the bad reviews..I will update if and when i recieve my order..
