My product was in back order but they communicated and got it to me quickly.

A little nervous about ordering something this big online, but after my husband started putting it together (which didn't seem too bad), I was so impressed. The wood is high-quality and my son just loves his new bed. He graduated to this bed after needing more space to do his homework, and his little sisters got his old bunk bed. He is so happy!

Ordered a couple sofas only to find out they only had 1 of the matching set and it wouldn't be shipped for 3 months! Then because my billing address didn't match my shipping address my order was cancelled!!! Don't order anything from Flat Fair...

Good Price but took weeks to receive.Slow to ship but after several calls it was shipped

I had the table and chair set for 3 1/2 weeks when 2 of the chairs came apart. I contacted Flat Fair via telephone and email with no response. I consequently had chairs repaired at a local upholstery shop at the cost of $80. I love the set but will never do business with Flat Fair again!

Great product! Good quality. Color not exactly what we thought. A little more off white than what we expected but still very nice quality.

This was my first time ordering something this large on line. Flatfair was good to take care of everything. The delivery went well & all was good. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The table & chairs are beautiful.
