Terrible service. These people make Verizon look like they care. Open a ticket. No response. Ever. If you need replacement keys then you are out of luck.

Basically theft which is ironic. Made an order 6 weeks ago, never turned up, they dont answer any help requests and just blame the courier. DO NOT use this website....the products are great but just buy in store somewhere else.

Great service. I emailed from England just before the Christmas holidays requesting a replacement key. It was dispatched from the U.S on 29th December and arrived here in England less than three weeks later. Fantastic really given Covid19 and the holidays.

Awesome - we love to hear the positive feedback Mr. Collins! I apologize for any inconvenience with delayed email responses. The customer service team is still recovering from the effects of covid. Everyone started riding bikes these last couple of years and our volumes have increased substantially.

Over a month went past since I submitted a simple ticket to have my keys replaced (which is free for the 1st time as part of the lock price) no answer, no response.

Thieves cut through my 50 quid kryptonite evolution like butter. Complete waste of money. No more security than a 15 quid lock for nearly 3X the cost.

There is no customer service from this company. Upon purchase of this lock I registered my keys with their key replacement programme. Some time later my keys were stolen in a burglary and I emailed for replacement keys. Over 2 months later and subsequent chaser emails I haven’t heard a thing from them. My bikes have been locked up in the shed, unusable during this time . I have since had to employ the services of an angle grinder to destroy the lock to gain access and replace with another lock. I was quite surprised how easy it was to cut through the lock as well. Really annoying when you buy a product because of a feature such as the lock replacement and the company just completely ignores you. Is it really too difficult to respond to any email? Based on the poor service and how easy the lock was to cut open I would not recommend this company

You can’t really lock or unlock it. I had to call firefighters to cut the lock. It’s such a ridiculous lock. It is a real challenge lock it and the worst is you need to spend at least 10 - 15 mins to unlock it. Don’t buy it!!!

3 weeks ago I filed a request on Kryptonite Zendesk. The case is still "open" and I have not received any notification about it. Their locks might be ok-ish, but the customer support is terrible. If you decide to buy a Kryptonite product think of it like buying from a shady person that takes your money and immediately disappears.
