A tale of two halves. I bought the forgetaboutit chain a couple of years ago and it was cut by an angle grinder a few weeks ago and my bike was stolen. Obvs that’s not ideal, but I knew it wasn’t angle grinder proof. However, Kryptonite have been AMAZING. I emailed them to tell them about it and they shipped me a new lock, free of charge. I really can’t fault the customer service and getting a replacement lock for something so expensive is brilliant customer service.
