Placed an order for replacement keys on Aug 30. Received email acknowledgment promptly, but I am still waiting for keys, or a call back from customer service. I have left three messages since but no contact with a human.

Why would this company make a lock where the keys get stuck and not work? No one wants their bicycle lock to jam on them. I get the feeling that these are made this way so people can keep messing them up and keep purchasing them. And you guys are scamming people with certain products... I will keep trying to go about this until I affect someone. I am pissed... And much time wasted messing with the keys to the lock. You guys are scandalous for wasting resources and forcing people to spend money on bull crap products. And yes, I see the very expensive locks. You guys are scammers...

I did Order 1787720280922 on 26-8-2026 I ordered and paid for the shipment of two keys for my disc lock. About a month after placing the order, I still haven't received anything—not even a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails, but they aren't responding or issuing a refund.

Terrible key mechanism difficult to use. Patent rubber thing is also junk - keeps getting in the way.

Awful customer service and keys that don't work. Lost a key, got a replacement, the replacement doesn't work. I contact them and three weeks later, and several messages, they haven't replied to me. The time from my key being lost to now has been over two months and I have not been able to use my bike at all. It's been very depressing seeing how much money this lock has cost me in alternative transport and faulty key replacements only for the company to show one of its customers absolute contempt.

Purchased the Kryptonite Evolution Mini 7 from walmart.com more than 1 month ago. Immediately had issues (with lock not opening) so contacted Kryptonite support. No response in over 30 days other than logging my ticket. Trash product and service, very disappointing from what I otherwise regarded as a solid brand.

The lock does lock up your bike, however it keeps it locked when you put the right code in which isn’t very helpful.
