I have ordered online a half dozen times and having just received my last purchase yesterday I never will again. Each order I have EAS tags left in the clothing. This time, Jean's and a leather coat. I understand, since I have the receipt I can go to the nearest store and they will remove them, however I should not have to do this every time I buy something. If I wanted to step into the store, I would just shop inside.

Kohls is a scam of a store with terrible customer service! Been trying to place a larger towel order (275) for the last 3 days. Site limits to ordering 50 at a time (which is fine). While the orders are initially processed, most are then “cancelled” a few hours later. Called customer service multiple times and even went to an in-person store. No one can tell me why orders are being auto cancelled, nor can anyone over-ride the auto system. Tried calling corporate Kohl’s at the recommendation of an in-store employee, only to get a circular VM with no option to talk to a live person. I am in need of 91 more towels (so they all match) and no way to get them. Kohl’s customer service is terrible and useless, the store is an outright scam. I wish I could give Kohl’s a 0 star review! I will happily give a better review if SOMEONE can help resolve this issue. This same review was also posted directly with Kohl’s!

Kohl's sent me the wrong size shoes. When I went to make a return the day after I received them, they charged me $10 more. I used to love Kohl's but the quality and quantity of their goods has plummeted while the prices have gone up. There are so many restrictions on coupons now, it is ridiculous.

Placed an order online for store pickup and was told to wait "a while" before going to the store to pick it up. I waited 3 hours and went to the store for pickup. No one could find the order and they said it "probably wasn't ready yet". I returned home then looked online for any information that it was available for pickup and found that the order had been canceled. I was never notified. I called CS and was informed that the order must be shipped to me at additional cost and could not be picked up at the store. I will now look elsewhere for this order.

Won't be going back. I've had issues in the past with Kohl's not giving the advertised discounts. This time I'm done. As a veteran I went to Kohl's to take advantage of their advertised 30% discount to vets on Veteran's Day. Spent an hour shopping and trying on clothes. Ended up with over $250 for to coats and a hat. Went to the checkout and none of the three different items qualified for the discount. Nothing. I don't like playing games and this is disrespectful to vets. Won't read the fine print and brand disqualifications. Just list a price, not playing the game.

Damaged, dusty & scuffed boots. Received an online purchase of what should have been beautiful boots but were second hand. Boot were clearly worn and stored somewhere dusty and hot. There were toe prints, scuffs and visible damaged. Now I have to take shoes to a store that is not in my area. I can not exchange them because my size is no longer available. So disappointed in Kohl's.

Visted your store in St Peter's MO. Received excellent service from Teresa. We want to thank her for taking the time to answer our questions about the merchandise and taking us to the areas where we could find the items. Teresa was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

I want to say what a wonderful worker the Kohl’s on 71st in Tulsa has in their employ. Saskia has helped me several times and in many ways. She is always knowledgeable and patient. Kohl’s please reward this great employee.
