Ordered 5 earrings for gifts on 11/14/24. Two of the pairs of earrings have been marked down further since my order. I called today 11/19/24 to get the mark down price. Their response was that in order to get the lower price I would have to return the earrings and reorder. As of this date the order has not been received. Very disappointed in Kohls. Their written policy is that you can get the lower price is it is done within I believe two weeks. It says nothing about returning and reordering.

I returned an item & was told my funds were being refunded. What I wasn't told was it takes 7 plus days to get my money back. No excuse! Takes you less than a minute to take the money. Their refunds are processed by a 3rd party not by THEM. I don't recommend them for anything.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. I placed an order online this morning. When I got to the check out page it had my old address. I selected edit the shipping address. Corrected the address and placed my order. When I got the email confirmation for my order it was back to the old address. I attempted to contact Kohl's by phone immediately and could not get a person on the phone. I just kept getting rerouted back to select prompts. I spent a half an hour trying to get to someone. I finally went to the chat section and was told that the order can not be modified or cancelled but they would try to stop the shipment and once they get the items back I will get a refund. This was a half an hour after the order was placed. Mind you my order had not even shipped yet. I am also being told to be patient. I will get my money back in 7-14 days but this is a 1 time courtesy and will not happen again so be sure that the order is correct before submitting. Now let's go back to the part where I ALREADY corrected the address before I submitted the order. This error was on Kohl's end and they refuse to do anything about it. Would not modify it, cancel it so I could reorder or give me my money back until they get the items back that have not even shipped yet and is going to a house where no one lives. Now I am out my order and my money. I spoke with two different people and a supervisor and not one of them could offer any help except basically tell me it's my fault because I didn't check the address before I submitted the order. I was told this multiple times today. Again, I changed the shipping address to the correct address!!!! I can not believe that there is no solution to this. I will NEVER order from Kohl's again especially after being told that my refund was a 1 time courtesy, So you are telling me that If I order again and YOUR system glitches again I will not get my merchandise or my money back. Who wants to chance that again. Not I. I could see if I forgot to change the address but I did not forget to change the address and got a confirmation that the shipping address was updated. So Kohl's to you I say you have lost a customer and will lose many others once I let everyone know how awful this experience was. Very disappointing

Item ordered online cost $34. It's wrong. Instructions are 1)return to store, 2) use attached return label. There is no attached return label. I do not live near a Kohl's. Call Kohl's, am given a return address. USPS cost: $19 minimum. Call Kohl's again seeking label. They email copy of packing slip. Call Kohl's again: Am told to return to store. No other option.

Online order. Would not take card. Called customer service. Directed to three different numbers. No answers. Credit is good! I have been a customer for years Not anymore. Amazon for me!

My cashier Nicole was so patient and kind. I paid with cash and gift cards which is such a pain and she was still so sweet. 🥰🥰🥰

Just ordered Kohl's online. Had to painstakingly "talk" with AI chat until I got an associate. The associate Bobby was great. He is not the issue. The issue is I placed an entire order to ship -- and on my end it ALL showed it was shipping. Then suddenly part of the order is pick up at store -- AND THE COMPLETE MADDENING ONLINE EXPERIENCE STATING ONCE ORDER IS PLACED NO WAY TO CHANGE IT!! This truly sucks and is entirely unacceptable. BTW Amazon treats their customers right by letting them cancel orders or modify orders with complete ease. So WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH KOHL'S??

Had a gift card for Kohl's. I was able to find a nice holly shirt and high rise pants. The store was very clean, too.
