They reported a late payment to my credit report. I was in Hurricane Helene in georgia. We had no power, no internet service, no phone service, food ruined, needed a generator for my husband's CPAP mask. Thousands of dollars worth of damage but they were worried about $27 payment. They are the only company who didn't help in the hurricane. I am paying off my card next month, $100 left , and never buying from them again

I purchased an infinity game table online in September from Khols.com, within a month it wasn't working. I got in contact with the manufacture of this game table to see if the problem could be fixed. When that didnt work I called Khol's online number to see if I could return it and I was told yes, all I had to do was to take into any store. Well I attempted to return it and because it was passed the 30 days of purchase, not the day I actually received it, there was nothing they could do. SO BE AWARE OF THE 30DAY RETURN POLICY FOR ANY ELECTRONICS. FROM PURCHASE DAY. Now I am stuck with a broken game table.

Use Kohl's cash and the new CapitalOne card for online order to be picked up on Oct 25th (the latest). It's Oct 29th and both items are still in fulfillment. The items were available at the store. Avoid online order as much as possible and physically just go into the store to buy it.

I placed an order on 14th Oct for one of the item which was available in Store and it was showing it will be ready for pickup by 17th Oct 2024. I used Kohls Cash on that item. I waited until 25th Oct but never got an email for pick up ready. Just to check i placed another order for same item online and magically the order without Kohls cash was ready immediately. When i visited store Manager and Associate said your previous order was cancelled. I haven't received the refund, neither my order, Neither my Kohls cash back. I spoke to Kohls customer care online and they said your order is still there in fulfillment and you will get an email for pickup. its more than 14 days now.. It is a very bad experience and i am trying to cancel my kohls membership and will never use Kohls again. Its a fraud when they issue kohls cash but they do not willing customer to use the kohls cash. Order # 6590140936

I was gonna pay my bill since Capital one took over it's impossible right now. They never sent me a new card I didn't know they was gonna do this. The girl talking on the phone u can't understand nothing she says . I'm gonna pay this off and I'm done with Kohl's.

One of the worst online vendors in existence. Sent my merchandise to the billing address instead of the shipping address. Mailman delivered to the wrong house, hence the need for a different (shipping) address, clearly stated on my profile. A first customer service man, who barely spoke English, asked me to repeat the correct shipping address and verified it was in my file. He proceeded to create a replacement order. Repeated my correct shipping address 3 TIMES, but he still placed the replacement with the wrong address. Told him while on the phone because I received an email with the replacement information. He said he was going to fix it, but, instead, he hung up on me. Another grueling call to customer service. This time woman (Julissa) told me that the previous person cancelled the replacement order already. She told me that Kohl’s couldn’t deliver it to my correct address (which is clearly stated on my store online profile), because “the original order had the wrong address and they can only send a replacement orders to that wrong address again!!?! Wasted 45 minutes trying to fix this with people who hardly spoke English. This second person proceeded to cancel the original order because that was the only thing they could do. So the items are no longer on sale but will not honor the sale price. Incompetent, careless, and untrained are understatements. Worthless customer service. Someone is enjoying new clothes and a scarf somewhere while my daughter has to miss her activity. Customers are treated like crap by this worthless establishment. I will make sure this is read everywhere I can.

Sent the wrong item. Never sent me a receipt, but I had the PayPal receipt. Representative kept on hold, telling me she could find it. Hung up and called again..the other employee found it within seconds…telling me this was a different call. Told me I had to buy another jacket, and could only get a refund for the wrong one if I drove to a store. Why do you think I bought it on line???? They know some people are not able to drive to a brick and mortar store, or the store is far away. This is nothing more than “creative marketing” and fraud of consumers in a way that walks up to the line, but doesn’t step over it. Sending wrong items, sending them to wrong addresses, not sending purchase confirmations, keeping you on hold with representatives who cannot find a simple purchase (even though they send you 10 emails a week), not sending refunds and trying to make you visit their stores (in hopes you’ll make other purchases, etc. ALL HANDLED BY REPRESENTATIVES IN ANOTHER COUNTRY.

So unhappy with Kohl's recent switch to Capital One Visa card. I have not been able to access my card online in order to view and pay my bill. I was told by a representative it was probably due to my owning an Android as that was a common issue. Every time I get to the confirmation page, I never received the confirmation text and the site won't let me use another method! Im at a loss and seriously thinking about canceling my card and going with another department store. This isn't 1993! I shouldn't have to call or go into the store to pay by CC bill!!!
