Every single item I order from them comes damaged from shipping. I ordered a $250 Lego set from them only because I could use some khols cash towards it. The Lego box was crushed on the corners because they threw it in a tv size box with no padding to keep the box from moving around. Then I ordered another item and that came in a bag and was crushed on the corners as well.

They have canceled my order # 6600910109 and yet haven`t gotten my money back. and its too hard to contact with them or chat.. After sending a message on social media, someone replied and gave me a number to call, I called the provided number and after 10 minutes speaking with the lady an International call and she got all the information, she said I'll give you the specialist number so they can support you and when i called the number no one is answering since the duty finished, !! Is that the way ther deal with customers???

They lie on their promotions. Went to get some Cologne for my kiddo and it said I'd save 40% getting a kohl's credit card. I was approved and guess what, no discount on those products. Then don't have that promotion on the page. Super shady .

I wish I could not put a star. My husband applied for a Khols Credit Card a couple of years ago, we paid it monthly and decided we didn’t need it anymore because we don’t shop at Khols that often. On July 31st we paid the amount that was given to us to pay it off. Here we are in November and Khols is telling us we owe them over $400. When explaining what the KHOLS ASSOCIATE told us was the amount, the REGIONAL MANAGER said “well the late fees are just going to keep piling up”. I’m sorry… no. That employee should pay the over $400 balance that is due because she was the one who told us the wrong amount. We will NEVER shop at Khols again or have any business with them.

I ordered a food processor online from kohls for a gift. They sent me an email saying it shipped and I should have it between the 18th and 21st. It did not arrive in that time so I called them because I needed the gift by the 28th. The tracking showed it still hadn't left the warehouse. They said that I couldn't cancel the order and it is their policy to never refund money, the only way to get my money back was to dispute it with my bank. My bank is investigating this now. This is a horrible way to do business. I will never shop at kohls again.

My complaint has to do with how the merchandise is reduced, I bought a purse at kohls.com on clearance at the store was regular price, that’s confusing to customers. Three days ago I got my daughter a purse on clearance, there were four of the same purse, two lavender, two pink I got the lavender and when the 50 off sale started i rushed there to buy the pink also; well the other lavender was there at the sale price, one of the pink was gone and so was the clearence price, the customer service lady said they take them off clearence sometimes, good comeback for a person that doesn’t buy as much as I do there!

Accidentally bought some fake leather shoes which look like plastic. Kohl’s return website is down for over 24 hours. I’m trying to print a label. Then I find out they don’t pay shipping for returns. Last time I buy something online from Kohl’s.

I called three time to customer service and was awful, the las guy no that much. The store in Clermont the ladies do not know how to returned. Every time I go to the store, I stayed forever in the cashier area solving a mess they did.
