Put the prices somewhere anywhere in the store or item. I don't want to download a app to scan items for prices. I did and it depleted my battery and gave errors or crashed. So frustrating on black Friday shopping.

I ordered an item that was on sale for 15.99....i was charged 27.99 after I hit purchase. I am convinced it was intentional. Watch your purchase price and make sure it matches your receipts. There has not been one supervisor available in the last week to complain to. I will not be back. Not that that will matter ....but I feel tricked. I will be returning and I spend a lot of money there. :)

It has been a brutal holiday season! Had to work black friday thought I would swing into Kohls beforehand for a few Christmas list items. Had the absolute sweetest Cashier named Sheila who helped me navigate all the discounts attached to my kohls card. She made my day!!!! AAAA++++++ costumer service from Sheila.

I purchased a $75 e-gift card online from Kohl’s to help a family in need buy two coats for their children this winter. The transaction was processed successfully through our nonprofit’s PayPal account, but the mother never received the gift card. I contacted customer service via the Kohl’s website chat, where I was told the order had been cancelled due to a need for “verification” and was instructed to call an 800 number. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with a representative, I was told I could purchase another gift card. I asked why I would do that when the first card wasn’t delivered, and I hadn’t received a refund or any notification of the cancellation. The representative couldn’t explain what "verification" meant and claimed a refund had been issued but couldn’t provide a confirmation number. Escalating the issue led nowhere. I don’t shop at Kohl’s, and after this experience, I doubt I ever will. Thankfully, I was able to send the family a $75 Amazon gift card, which was delivered immediately, ensuring the children will stay warm this winter. Kohl’s handling of this situation was disgraceful. I’ll let legal handle it from here.

Gone to trash. Website NEVER WORKS. Won't log you in. CONSTANT password issues.... I could go on. They've crashed and burned. Can go to hades.

My in store experience was great! I was verbally attack by an employee named Brenda! I was in my car do to car warning light i recieved as i was trying to leave the store, I pulled over immediately and called my husband, while speaking with him Brenda started staring at me with head motions, I asked if there was a problem and she began to attack me with calling me names acting insane! she then took her phone out her purse and started taking pictures of my car. She then yelled i work here" I honestly thought she was just a prejudice angry customer! I blew my mind that Kohls would hire someone like her to work for them, i will not rerturn to this location again!

Terrible selections in Yonkers, NY and Mt Kisco, NY stores, always out of stock on items I need, salespeople are never anywhere to be found,,, register lines are always too long,, sale coupons are never any good on designer labels… totally frustrating.. I will never waste my time shopping there anymore…

You can buy a nine West shirt in a size medium In blue and you can buy the same shirt in the same size in red and they won’t fit the same. I got my daughter a size 8 UGG her UGGs fit my eight UGGs were too tight and then I find out that the UGG lining on the inside is polyester. It’s cheap crap. Sucks even if you don’t use your Kohl’s cash , they screw you out of your full refund. I wish I never bought anything I bought last week and I’ve been returning it all and not even getting my full refund even though I never spent my Kohl’s cash that place is such a rip off. I hope they go under the quality sucks fulfillment center. I ordered a particular bag. I got a different bag. I ordered a size 8 shoes they sent me an 8 1/2.
