Ordered a sweater for my daughter's birthday it came with a huge stain down the entire front of it. Its out of stock cant replace it and its a complete embarrassment. Customer service wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor they claim supervisors are busy.

The dressing rooms are filthy
The dressing rooms are filthy! I was afraid of getting a disease. They do not appear to ever have been cleaned. There were dust bunnies on the floor and grime as well. I will not shop there again.

Terrible company
My wife and I have been card holders for 40 years. Recently, they changed the way their card is paid, Now they make their customers go through Capital One. This is very inconvenient. They recently remodeled their stores checkout system. Now if you want to return or exchange an item, you have to wait in their extremely long lines. we've noticed their prices have skyrocketed and their selection is very poor. The thing that really irritates us is they will put out a coupon for say 30% of. You get to the checkout and find the six items you bought 'don't qualify' for their 30% off. Bait and switch, very sketchy company. We rarely go there and now won't be shopping there any longer.

Kohls.com cheating customers
I ordered a kitchen chopper from Kohls.com, which was not available in stores. The item was delivered in its original product packaging without any additional protective box. Upon arrival, the packaging was quite damaged and the plastic component that holds the food was broken into pieces.
After waiting in line for 20 minutes at my local Kohl's store, a manager informed me that I could only receive a refund minus my Kohl's Cash, my Rewards, my 40% off coupon, and the $8.95 shipping fee. He advised me to reorder the product using a current coupon and then return the damaged item to the store for an even exchange, at which point I would receive a full refund.
When the replacement item arrived, the box was in even worse condition than the first, but thankfully the item was not broken. I returned to the store and requested an even exchange, but was again only offered a refund minus the coupon and shipping fee. I understand loss of coupon % on returns because customers could make a profit that way. But not my Kohl's Cash and Rewards money that I had earned. And certainly not the shipping fee as it was not my fault the item arrived in unusable condition. I was told that the system does not allow refunds for shipping costs and was advised to contact Kohls.com for further assistance.
I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative who was very difficult to understand. After several minutes, I was issued $10 in Kohl’s Cash as compensation for the shipping charge. However, as I rarely shop at Kohl’s, it’s unlikely I will use this credit.
Given this experience, I do not plan to make future purchases through the Kohl’s website. I would prefer to pay more elsewhere for a smoother and more reliable shopping process.

I placed an online order
I placed an online order. One of the items that was delivered to me still had the security tag on it. I contacted kohls and the message that they sent me instructed to go to the store and have it removed. It irritates me because if I wanted to take a trip to the store I would have but used the convenience of ordering online and now I have go to the store. The customer service rep that messaged me basically said what do expect me to do and said that our chat was ending.
I won’t be shopping at kohls anymore.

I love Kohls
I was in Palm Springs, CA a couple months ago to visit my son and went to the Kohl’s in Palm Desert to get him some bedding and sheets. I always use my Kohl’s card whenever I’m at Kohl’s to avail of all the discounts but realized at check out that I did not have my card with me on this trip. Rey, the cashier was very helpful and told me not to worry he should be able to pull my info no problem. He asked me some questions, checked my drivers license and voila! I got the purchase charged to my card without my physical card! I love Kohls!! The ease of returns, earning some Kohl’s cash on top of the discounts and staff are nice! What’s not to like?
