Purchase over $200 of clothes. Got $40 in kohls cash. I returned $76 worth if clothes due go lack if quality, expecting that my refund would be $20 less bc it deducts the kohls cash i earned. It deducted $40. Kohls cash is not dwducted in porportion to amount returned bit all of it, even the amount you would have earned on the remaining items is deducted.

5/18:2025 I was totally impressed w Alex at the Amazon return section in the johnsburg, il area.. I needed to return 17 items.. I organized , numbered but I made a mistake… Alex methodically went thru each item and found the error and corrected my mistake.. he was professional, friendly and used a second machine to keep my items together and STILL was able to assist 8 people!!!! He was so great that while at the front desk cashier Diane while she was checking me out for items purchase I was bragging about him and .. she was AMAZING TOO.. I met the week end store manager Katrina.. and SHE WAS AMAZING!!! Love this store due to these these 3 lovely people.. keep up the great work.. these are true gems 💎 💎💎.. Aloha from Hawaii

I ordered a gift card for niece for Mother's Day and found they don't have e-cards. I submitted my order to have it mailed to her. The web site did not recognize that I wanted the sender and the recipient to be different. Three days later, I received an e-mail that my order had been cancelled, with no explanation as to why.

Decent product range online, but international shipping costs are a letdown. Website's easy to navigate, though!

I bought 3 Multi color wash cloth pack's from Kohl’s.com. The online price was listed @ $4.99 however when I received my items the Kohl’s price tag on the items clearly states $2.99. I immediately call Customer Service and the first representative Anna hung up on me. I called back and Ivan who was the “floor supervisor” was very rude talking over me and telling me I had agreed to the price when I ordered the product. I agreed to what was listed online only to find the actual merchandise was tagged by Kohl’s at a much lower price. This is absolutely terrible customer service and business practices. I will not be purchasing anything from Kohl’s online or in store. This review site will not let me post the pictures of the tags and invoice. If there were a review lower than one I would be giving them a zero rating.

I purchased shoes on kohls .com. used my kohls cash to pay most of it. Wouldn't allow me to use all of the kohls cash and also charged me 8.95 for delivery even though my order was over 50. They told me I'm only allowed to use a max of 4 kohls cash. I had 5. Which is why there is a balance and they would not reverse the delivery fee because my kohls cash brought it down below 50 . Very bad customer service. Kohls must b very hard up. Very disappointed in this store lately.

I’m not a frequent Kohls shopper BUT there are a couple of things I really appreciate Kohls for. 1. The fact that I can return Amazon purchases at Kohls easily and without question. 2. I am absolutely a fan of the girl called Kohls Mom. She is adorable! Kohls is fortunate to have her. She is a breathe of fresh air in the mist of commercial boredom syndrome.

To the Executive Leadership at Kohl’s, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding Kohl’s current military discount policy, which only offers the benefit on Mondays. As a United States Marine, I proudly served my country 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There were no days off—no designated day where we served less or sacrificed less. The commitment required of service members is constant and unwavering, and I believe the recognition and respect for that commitment should reflect the same. Limiting a military discount to only one day of the week feels inconsistent with the spirit of honoring those who have served. Many veterans, including myself, may not always be able to shop on Mondays due to work, health, or family obligations. A daily discount would be a small but meaningful way to acknowledge our service every day, just as we served. I respectfully urge Kohl’s to reconsider this policy and extend the military discount to all days of the week. Doing so would demonstrate genuine appreciation for the sacrifices made by service members and veterans alike. I believe this change would not only be well received, but also foster greater loyalty from the military community. Thank you for your time, and I hope you will give this request thoughtful consideration.
