Christmas ruined for my little girl... So I stupidly ordered with Khols.com because of the black Friday deals. I was told with the Khols cash it would be a better deal then Amazon or Walmart. Keep in mind I have 5 children and a tight budget for Christmas so I looked everywhere for my daughter a toy computer she asked Santa for and my other daughter only likes cats and she is pre teen so hard to shop for. The toy computer at Amazon was 24.99 well I have a little boy too so I thought I should get 2. Khols had them on sale for black Friday for 18.99. And if you spend $50 you get free shipping and $15 Khols cash so I ordered a pink computer and a blue one. Then I ordered 2 cat items one a plastic puzzle toy and the other a cat necklace. My total order was $52.73. All items where to be shipped to my home. This was actually 11/22. On 11/26 the cat puzzle showed up and the rest of the items were sent. 11/28 last 3 items showed up I was so excited to see these toy computers and necklace. Knock on door I get the box go straight to my room open the box on my empty bed and take out all the pillows or air and see the 2 toy computers the pink one looks like it was ran over by a truck and the blue one the box it ripped up. I look in the box no necklace searched the bed no necklace searched the pillows of air no necklace look at invoice 3 items on it. Check emails and orders to make sure it is not shipped separately nope. So I call this is at 8pm. I spent 45 mins on phone and women say I am sorry I will have another one shipped asap. "You will get email conformation of this".... I waited 2 days no email. So I called back again on 11/30. I spoke to another women necklace was never replaced to ship and now the necklace is sold out. Keep in mind she is 10 so I only bought a cheap necklace on sale it was 6.99 so I paid 7.48 after tax. The lady says we have to do a refund for $7.48 and then we can look for another one maybe close to it. So I did I spent 97 minutes on the phone not understanding why I would have to get a refund and then buy another necklace well I finally found one with no help from this CUSTOMER SERVICE women it was on sale for $7.25 so now $7.98 with her coupons so okay I paid that. Refund will be 7 to 10 days so keep in mind I am feeling like I am paying twice. Then 12/2 I get another email that my necklace order was cancelled and here is a $5 gift certificate for inconvenience. So I went online and found another necklace and I put it in my cart and even with the $5 off I would have had to pay $19.25 with the outrageous shipping. Well now the $6.99 necklace will be costing me $35 which I just could not do it. So I called to see if maybe someone could help me get this necklace delivered without the shipping since again NONE OF THIS WAS MY FAULT! Sales rep did nothing. Supervisor gave me a number to complain that was it. So after the 67 min call I call the number he gave me and got to a voicemail. So I left a message and today 12/4 women Susan calls me to tell me she is so sorry but the necklace is discontinued and she can help me buy another necklace if I would like but the only cat necklace they have now is $29.99 cheapest and I would have had to pay $29.99 plus $8.95 shipping and my REFUNDS are still not here so my Christmas account has only. 09cents in it. Are you kidding me! Why would I have to pay to correct their mistakes. And I mean mistakes multiple ones. That women I spoke to last was the corporate office representative. And when I mentioned the toy computers looking so bad she says we have an amazing return policy. You do not have any amazing anything why would I take the chance. After going through all of this I would have spend $56.95 on Amazon and it is free 2 day shipping. Big mistake. Similar situation happened to me 2 years ago same holiday but it was a big playhouse from Amazon and the FedEx guy dropped it off to wrong location Amazon returned my FULL $211 and since that toy house was sold out and it was only 10 days to Christmas the guy at Amazon sent me a more expensive playhouse for FREE and in 2 days so my daughter got her gift. My little girl will get her cat necklace but Khols can keep all there consolation prizes of khols cash and gift certificates because it is less headache to just use Amazon no wonder why they are putting companies out of business after all the review I have read it won't be long for Khols too!

I bought over $600 worth of toys on black Friday and then again a couple of days later. When I bought the same exact toys later, they were less expensive(a week later they are STILL less expensive). I called to ask for a price adjustment and Jimmy would not offer any. His only suggestion was to return all of the items. Wow! I will not be shopping Kohl"s again!!

I placed an online order for a picture frame...mistake number 1. I used my phone and couldn't print an invoice...mistake number 2. It arrived today and as i picked up the package, mind you it was shipped in a bubble bag and this was a large frame, not only was the glass shattered into tiny splinters but it had damaged the frame and the mat. I haven't placed an order with Kohls or shopped there in a very very very long time and after this fiasco probably never will again. Without the invoice I can not return it and am now stuck with a broken, scratched frame. Why would any company ship a fragile item in bubble bag...was expecting more protection for it

Very long story short: I opened a Kohl's charge account several years ago and when I paid it off, I shredded the card, but kept the account open with zero balance. Last month I purchased a suit and put it on my account using the POS at the register. I received the statement a few days ago and I went online to register at My Kohl's Charge to make a payment and manage my account, but they wanted my 12-digit credit card number. The statement only had a 10-digit account number on it. No biggie. I called the 800 number and spoke with "Jeff" who definitely was not an outsourced call customer service representative (wink-wink). I told "Jeff" I wanted to make a payment and get my 12-digit account number to establish an online account to manage future billing transactions. After giving "Jeff" my name, address, 10-digit account number on my statement, last four of my social security number, complete debit card number, with expiration, I paid my bill off in full. Then I asked "Jeff" for my 12-digit account number so I may register online. "Jeff" told me it was against policy to give the last two digits of my account...after I verified all of my very personal and financial information. I asked for a supervisor and I was told that one was not available, as all supervisors were busy. Now it became about principle and I told "Jeff" I would hold. My "hold" consisted of "Jeff" breathing into and moving the microphone around for over 20 minutes while loud voices talked in the background. During one point during the hold, "Jeff" began speaking in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or Bengali to another associate while trying to muffle the mic. When I called him out on it, he stated he was conferring with a co-worker about my account. Rude. "Jeff" came on the phone and spoke with me a few more times during the overall 43-minute "hold" and kept trying to issue me a new card with a different number that I could register with the site once I received the card in the mail Unacceptable, considering he now had my personal and debit card information, but was refusing to offer me assistance in obtaining the last two numbers on my credit card so I may register for an online account and continue making purchases at Kohl's and paying my bill. Finally, a "supervisor" came on the phone and acted like he could not hear me, even though I could clearly hear him and the very loud conversations in the background continuing, and the call was disconnected. Two more calls later and a call taker told me the last two digits of my credit card. So, the card number was the ten digits on the statement and "01", making the full 12 digits so I could register online and apparently obtain the nuclear launch codes and other national security secrets. Horrible customer service and I be will closing this account permanently. Shame, because I really like their men's wear clothes and suits, they had good incentives for using a Kohl's card, and the employees at my local store (Viera, FL) were the best. However, after that experience, I will only pay cash from now on if I choose to continue to shop there.

Kohl's.com double charges for an order then makes me spend hours on phone and online with not one single employee offering a resolution ...whay happened to customer service...they treat me like I made the mistake....makes me think twice about shopping in store or online!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! Placed an order and they charged my debit card twice for it!!!!! I called them and they said there’s nothing they can do! How is that possible? Representatives speak broken English and I could barely understand them. I will never ever buy from Kohl’s.com again.

I tried to do an online order today, the system was overloaded with orders so I called customer service to place my order. The sales representative spoke broken English and did not always understand what I was saying. My bad, this should have been a red flag to me. After about 30 minutes the order was placed. I waited 2 hours for an email confirmation and never received one, so I called customer service again. The previous sales rep typed in the wrong email address so I will never get a confirmation nor am I able to go into order status and find my order. After 2 more calls to customer service I did find out it was being delivered to my home and not the store where I would not have been able to pick up since I did not have a bar code confirmation. I had an issue with ordering online from Kohl's about 4 years ago and should have not ordered again. This is the last time I'm ordering from them and I will not be recommending them to anyone. I did not realize they outsourced their customer service to India taking away American jobs as well as not being able to satisfactorily assist a customer. I did get this email address for written surveys but they are not allowed in reviews.

The most frustrating on line buying Experience ever. says we have to pick up our order in a city 40 miles away and there is a store 3 miles away. unable to cancel order and getting the run around by customer service. A complete mess! ugh!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE.
