My nephew wanted a robotic for Christmas. I found one online at Kohls for $35. Ordered it , shipping was going to be $12 but free if I spent $50. so I ordered some uno cards , a book and a puzzle. Got an email later that day that said part of order was ready for pickup??? I drive an hour from home to pick up uni cards and book. When I got home the puzzle was on my porch and i saw i was charged full price instead of sale price and it was small . Took it to the kohls 5 miles from my house. Finally got robot, almost scared of it but I wrapped it anyways . Nightmare and Hectic when time is of the essence during Christmas! Unsatisfied Customer

Went to Kohls to return an item to find out I had to go to the back of store. Jc penny does returns at registers. Anyway, the line was long! Waiting patiently, I observe a man doing the online pick up line. But then he disappeared and the two customer service ladies started taking those ppl first. Even though they arrived after all of us in line for returns. I asked to speak to mngr. She came and said she could see the problem but did nothing to correct it. So after waiting 25 minutes it was finally my turn. Customer service lady said she had radioed 2 times for help but was ignored. Other customer service woman was having computer issues and was holding up the line. I really love Kohls but this was very unacceptable!!!!! Instead of staying to shop, I was so turned off and left!! Went to jc penny. Get it together Kohls!!!!!

I usually love kohl’s, but not this time. I placed an order and did not get a confirmation email. I called customer service when I noticed the original total that was pending in my account was refunded then another transaction for half the amount was debited. I looked in my email for a reason why and nothing. Customer service cannot give me the reason why at first. Told me the email address was different than the one I gave him. He finally admitted it was letter off from what I gave him and that is why I did not get an email. I made a mistake. I get it. We all do. The problem is they won’t change it to the right email address now. I have no clue why the total is different, what items I will be getting, when they will be here, and I can’t pick up the items from the store without an email!!!! And I asked to speak with a supervisor and am still on hold. Writing this review while waiting on hold to try and get this resolved. Supervisor said nothing they can do. Won’t cancel order. Call bank and dispute charge.

Kohl's emailed a UPS tracking #, which showed as 'label created' in UPS's system for 10 days. 2 Calls into Kohl's Cust Svc during that time resulted in assurances the item was in route. After insisting on speaking w/a Kohl's emp, not a 3rd party, off-shored call center (fyi: accused of wanting to speak to "an American"'), I was told the item was no longer available & I'd be refunded. When I informed the supposed Kohl's emp I planned on posting a bad review, her "go ahead" response leads me to believe I was still speaking to the 3rd party company. In any event, I will NEVER shop @ Kohls.com again

I ordered a bluetooth speaker which was on sale on johl's website. I called the customer service to make sure the order went right and they confirmed it as well. After a day later, they simply sent an email saying that they can't process my order! Unbelievable! I simply wasted time talking to the customer service for 40mins.

I only give it one star because you have to give it something ordered a package to be sent to the store if I had known it was going to take over two weeks to get the package I wouldn't have ordered anything. then getting someone to help you find out why the package isn't here yet is like pulling teeth rude unhelpful people I will be paying off my card and never using it again!!

if there was a lower rating i would give them just that. terrible online experience, makes me not even want to walk in a store. ordered the product and waited for weeks, after calling so many times i finally never got the product, -apparently the associate was mad because i was mad and decided to cancel my order altogether. oh and by the way the call wait time is just as terribly long!

I went to Kohl's with my wife. I am not a big fan of the store or that kind of shopping to start with, but we were there and she showed me a 25% friends & family coupon, so before long I had 5 items with a cost of about $500. I thought "this is great, got a good bit of Christmas done and I will save $125 to boot" and then she tells me I will get something called Kohl's cash; for every $50 i spend i'll get $10. Well now I'm thinking this store and shopping is not so bad. On the way home it comes up in conversation that we saved $50. Right away I say "that doesn't add up". Now i'm getting irritated; so we go all the way back to the store, back to a long line, the clerk at the return counter apologizes and says she will have to return it all and re ring it with the discount and we will be good to go. And then she's having trouble, had to call over a manager. Now after some time they finally realize most of my items don't qualify for the 25% f.&f. discount... great! Then my wife tells me this is just the way Carson's used to structure misleading discounts. Well, now what am I thinking about this store and shopping? I'll tell you, they can join Carson's! I mean really, after wasting all my time and assuming we are all dumb asses with this misleading bull; I returned it all and will never step foot in there again.
