Layout of the store and prices

Kohls is awful ! Don’t waste your money there and be cautious they have no employees in shoe department and there are shoes everywhere I fell in there store tripping over boxes of shoes landed on the ground . It’s a high fall risk be very cautious . I would hate for another person to get hurt they truly do not care . The Jax store at bartram is the worse .

I’ve had to call 6 times!!! They are all absolutely useless! No one is able to communicate, Nobody wants to work & No one knows what they’re doing. It’s atrocious and they should be ashamed as a company for these people to represent.

I ordered a new york knick jacket and I received a pullover sweater from Dilluth trading. Absolutely unacceptable

The website is truly horrible. Impossible to add order to account when item was ordered while not logged in. This alone is seriously ridiculous. Makes tracking or changing order virtually impossible Very difficult to find information Frequently hacked Not user-friendly

Tried to return my Amazon order and arrived at 7:25 (they close amazon drop off at 7:30) and an employee yelled across the store “Amazon is closed!” Update your hours if you’re not going to commit to the posted hours- until the clock say 7:30 it should be OPEN. wasted 30 minutes of my day.

I wanted to write a review about my visit to Kohl's in Plymouth, MA yesterday because I had such great help from one of the store's sales people in particular, her name is Kristen. And if it were just for her, I would have given a 5 STAR review here. And the reason for the 3 STAR review instead, is that I always have such a hard time in your store, finding clothes in my size that fit well. (Very small selection to choose from) I've been looking for casual slacks, like Dockers in particular, and other brands as well, to buy at Kohl's. My size in slacks is a 40w + 30 length. I need some casual slacks to wear around the house.. casual, knock about slacks. And as a man in his seventies... not a teenager anymore, you know? Some clothes for mature men.. to be clearer. And if I were rating just about the selection in your store for me?? Somewhere around a 1 or 2 STAR rating would be realistic. And if you put more clothing in the stores for mature men, with sizes that fit them, I would shop much more frequently at Kohl's stores.. really, I would. Thank you...

I ordered 2 Vera Wang Towel sets (totaling 4 bath towels/4 hand towels/4 wash cloths) & 3 additional bath towels so I would have a nice new towel set. I threw away all but 2 of my old towels & was so excited to get my new ones. Today I get 3 bath towels delivered via USPS & immediately washed them & put them in my bathroom. My 2nd shipment arrived a few hours later & in the box was 3 pairs of blue jeans, a sweater, & sweat pants instead of my 2 towel sets. I called & got a woman who could barely speak English & had to call back & request someone from the USA for help. The towel set is out of stock & Kohl's is offering me NOTHING in the way to make this right. I offered Kohls so many solutions to make this right & they refused each one of them! They still have the individual bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths in stock. They refuse to send me 4 of each for the same price. They also refuse to offer me those more expensive items at the same 40% discount I used on my original purchase. They offered to refund ONLY the money for the 2 towels sets not the other 3 towels. I have no use for the other 3 (washed) towels. I was told the only way to get ALL of my money back was to drive 30 miles to the nearest Kohl's & return everything in person. They refused to issue a shipping label for me to return it all. I asked if Kohl's would compensate me for the 60 miles round trip drive to correct THEIR mistake & Kohl's told me NO! I have never been treated so horribly by Kohl's or any other store & they have lost my business for good. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will use the 3 bath towels during the 60-90 day wait for the dispute to process. If the dispute is refused, I will return everything, including the very used 3 towels for a full refund. Nice customer service Kohls!
