I purchased two Pyrex sets, I got one and the other one was canceled, they charged my wallet for both items, and never returned the portion for the other set. Don't shop online unless you want to lose money They don't give credit back for items canceled, they keep the money and try to day it was never charged when it totally was. I lost 44.99 plus tax. This is extremely bad business. I am closing my Kohls accounts, cards and I will go somewhere else. You won't let this review be read because you only accept positive posts, to make your store look good. You are nothing but crooks, taking money from your customers Way to go Kohls!!!!

Never get a Kohl's credit card!!!!? They are ran by Capital One who will shut off your card for making regular payments that are 2 weeks early. The company will never resolve your problem unless you give them your full name, SSN, and a full unredacted copy of all your bank statements from each bank that you want to make a payment from. I made my minimum payment of $29 two weeks early on the app and received a notice that my account was restricted immediately after making the payment. I have used this bank account many times to pay my CC, never missed a payment, was never late with a payment, and often times payed more than the minimum payment due. There is no one from Capital One that will talk to you about it except for the fraud department despite all their claims online that say payment bank verification is handled by customer service not the fraud department. I was even informed that the fraud department is customer service. LOL. So the reasons they will give you: you made too many payments, too high of a payment, it's your first time using this bank to pay from, we need to verify you have enough money to pay from this account, it's your husband's card (authorized user) and he isn't on the payment account, you read the updated policy where we can randomly select your account to provide re-verification of your payment account with only accepting your full unredacted bank statements or allowing them to call your bank and get full access to your account to make sure you own the account, and the best reason of all is that I am under investigation for money laundering or some other serious felony investigation so they cannot tell me the real reason because it will compromise the investigation. All of those reasons are BS, and the BBB nor the CFPB will help you out. So if you don't want to deal with the hassle of dealing with Capital One accusing you of felony offenses and refusing to clear a restriction because you made a payment early, which cleared the next day, then avoid applying the Kohl's credit card. I will never shop at Kohl's again because they decided to align themselves with criminals who try to steal your personal information through their "fraud department."

Kohls at Rocky Point at 4pm on a Thursday was just horrible and I felt so bad that the leadership here was lacking! No signage indicating Amazon drop Off and no direction - folks were left to wonder and wait on multiple insignificant lines. I was there literally 30 minutes on lines just to return an item. So disappointing!

Kohls has the WORST AND RUDEST customer service. They sent me a defective product then basically said they couldn’t do anything to help facilitate a replacement. Absolute trash company.

I really stopped shopping at Kohl's a while ago because everything is such a hassle. No dedicated returns area anymore, etc. The selection has also gone down the tubes. So, I really like Levi's jeans and look for them on sale. I needed a pair now though and ordered at $49.99. Literally 2 days later, they had a price drop to $35.70, so I ordered 2 more pair. The first ones at the higher price arrived, and once they showed delivered, I reached out to them via chat to get a price protection refund. I was met with "since you can't use a coupon on brands like Levi's, we can't offer you the partial refund, you will have to return them and repurchase them." Say what now??????? So, let me get this straight...they will not refund me the difference, but I can return it and buy it at the equivalent of that difference? That's absolutely asinine. Instead of them doing the right thing, they simply are getting all 3 pair back and I already bought them on Amazon for actually less than they were there. The credit card is getting closed, and my fat behind will not be stepping foot in there again or every using them online.

My order from Kohls was lost by UPS. Was to be here three days ago. I’ve called two people at Kohls and neither were helpful. You have to wait six days past the latest possible delivery date. Never experienced this from Kohls. However, now that I have I’m gonna look elsewhere to do my shopping. Until something goes wrong you have no idea what kind of business you are dealing with. Now I know.

Very cheaply made clothes. I took a dress back with a receipt. The receipt contained an image, a barcode, and an order number, but because somebody scanned a certain bag that I had with me, I got a refund for a T-shirt at six dollars while I returned the dress for $27 and they won’t make it right and I’ll never shop there again.

The salesperson Connie Woods was very helpful and friendly. I will be seeking her again. Helpful in finding a certain lip gloss for my granddaughter.
